^ Same here. But for me, it was the filler they put into Shippuden to slow the pacing down, after nearly 100 filler episodes. I doubt that they'll make the same mistake with Bleach, so I think they'll opt for short filler arcs interspersed with the canon ones, a la One Piece. That system works much better, to me.

Having said that, though, this arc has been exceedingly stale. It's not even flat-out shitty, it's just...underwhelming. It's the first time since season 1 that I haven't been able to sit through a whole episode of Bleach--the latter half of the Bounto arc was much better.

I kinda agree with you gigantor.....it's pretty underwhelming. It looked interesting enough for the first episode though, but it's just been downhill from there. Hopefully another two episodes of this and we'll be back to luppi. To be honest though, i actually wouldnt mind if they did more filler, just as long as it were interesting. Heck, even an episode featuring what everyone's doing would be nice :(

Whatever the quality of the episodes are at this point, you cant get past Arrancar time. They're teasing people with stuff that much more. ^_^

After this there's at least 2 more filler episodes, right ? From what I saw from the title names on wiki, that's what I'm guessing.

This episode, it's all been meh so far. The only thing for me to think about or have a chuckle at is the Yui character. Don't know if it's homage to the singer of the last opening song [and I'm sorry if this has been discussed before, just don't come here too often]. I like Rangiku, but don't know if this much of her is good. Especially since she's not doing anything cool/great. Hitsugaya's the only one so far that displayed some cool stuff. So overall pretty boring.

Oh, and Gin is very awesome. Good choice to have him at the end with the Arrancar Research Time. Missed seeing his character around.

The Arrancar Reasearch Time segments are the highlights of the episodes. I think the funniest part is that it shows how Aizen's forces have nothing to do when they're not fighting. He needs to get some broadband up in that palace, the cheap bastard...

At any rate, it doesn't look like this arc will last much longer, now that we know who's behind all the Arrancar showing up. So that makes it more bearable, even if only a little.
