I would to know if misaki-kun already have played in the PSG and what is the age of the captain tsubasa's players?

Hello.
Since these are little bit of spoilers, I'll put the answer in a spoiler tag.

(Spoiler CT, World Youth, Road to 2002, Golden-23).

Misaki never played for PSG in the manga, although it's been confirmed recently that he had an offer.
However, he has played for PSG in the Road to 2002 anime and in the game Captain Tsubasa 5.

As for their age, it depends on the players and the arc.
11 years old in the first arc.
14 years old in the rest of the CT manga.
In World Youth, they are 18-19 years old.
In Road to 2002 and Golden-23, they are 20-21 years old.

Some characters are younger, like Sawada who is 2 years younger or Sano and Nitta who are 1 year younger.

the funny thing is, like the current arc, they r at the age of 14..
but during the matches they all look like grown-ups, well like at least 17-18..
when they sit or stand near their coach or any adult character in the manga only they'll look like kids :)

Yes, but the funny thing is that Takahashi made some other cover where they look more their age, it's the same with Hollanda youth, at first it's surprising :)
