Question about Bleach anime to - Manga

Hey there, first of all Im new to please tell me if I posted this thread here wrong.

I had a question about changing from anime to the manga of bleach.
Since there only comes out 1 anime episode of bleach ocne a week, I decided to read the Manga of Bleach. But I dont know at which chapter im at. I've watched the anime till 144 (latest), does anyone know around what chapter I have to continue? And is that chapter availble on this forum?

The anime is at chapter 240 now

The next chapter of the anime will begin with the last panel of chapter 243, so prob read the whole of 243, just to get into it properly. If you want to read the whoe of the fight that is currently happening, that started in chapter 242.
