this episode was hilarious with pesche :D
one thing that puts a damper when i was thinking about it is ...
if dattebayo decided to put a new opening then we wont hear any more of the after dark song as an intro anymore .... :(
side note - your sig is awesome JaneDoe !

I was bored quite a bit watching the RAW but the subs alleviated all of that. Pesche is hilarious. All the desert bros. are extremely entertaining.

Great chapter, the animation was incredible, they did a perfect job to animate the manga, Pessche scene was very funny, and that's a positive point to the studio: Nell, Dondonchakka and Pessche are perfect in their adaptations to anime, they give us so much funny and are really hilarious, but back to Ishida, his new sword based weapon reminds so much Star Wars, Seele Schneider was a great susprise in manga and so in the anime too, but what really caught me was the great job they did in Cirucci, his design is beautiful and his release was good , alongside with the music.
The pace is very good, not so fast, neither so slow, like a good episode should be, congrats to the studio, the latest episodes were near perfect, mainly Rukia vs Aaroniero(IMO, best fight until the moment in the entire series), the drama was perfect, and so the fight scenes. Now i'm looking forward for Chad, one of the most interesting chars, but Kubo did little know about this, unfortunately...

I agree. I was very impressed with how Cirucci and her release were handled. When I first saw Uryu pull out the Seele Schneider, the first thing that popped into my mind was the image of Soken saying, "Use the force, Uryu!" :gigglebunny I can't wait to see the anime return to the awesomeness that is Rukia vs. Aaroniero. So far, it has been beautiful executed. The only thing I'm dreading right now is that with anime beginning to approach the current place in the manga, I hope that some sort of filler is not going to be worked in to allow more time for the manga to advance.

We are inevitably running into some prolonged Bounto-esque arc after this one finishes up. There is simply no other way, aside from a long-ass hiatus, which I do not desire.

I would take a break over 99% of fillers or the ridiculously slow pace that Naruto has right now.
