Well, my first post here and my first coloring aswell. I'm pretty satisfied with it, though I really have to learn how to make the hair look nice.
Would be nice with some constructive criticism.

good job on the face... the hair needs more highlights and shadows, what you've done is too... consistent...

I like it for the first try...well but as you said the hair needs more highlights/shadows

i agree with the above... as for another example, i think you have to mark out the nose, using the same techniques or so
