Ace vs. Any of Luffy's foe's

I have been wondering about this for a long time. I mean how do you think Ace would of handled himself against Luffy's enemies. Or name just who you want to see face off against Ace that Luff beat and how you think the match would go about.

I think an interesting match up would be Enel vs. Ace.
Two strong Logia types ... I'd like to know who would win in which way.

The same goes for Crocodile ... or one of the CP9 guys (except Bruno and Kalifa)

You mean one of the shortest *gg*. logia>lucci. And lucci also uses a DF himself,so a Seastone won't help.
Enel vs Ace would be a draw i think like most of possbile logia user vs logia user fights. But i guess that Ace would have beaten Crocodile because Ace could melt the sand into glass and this would be a massive handicap for crocodile.

Buggy - doesnt really matter if he can seperate just more bits for ace to burn

Kuro - Could have had the advantage if ace wasnt made out of fire so his speed is of no use here

Kreig - no problem just melt his armour and weapons

Arlong - Might have been a challenge being a fishman and all spitting water like bullets bound to be a down for ace but even then aslong as arlong was on land i think ace could have handled him

Mr 3. - wax + fire any one ?

Crocodile - as some one said turn him into glass

Enel - again as some one already said i think that this would end in a stalemate as with most logia vs logia

there lots more but i think ace could triumph over most of them hes one tough cookie and has a very offensive type of DF

I think that the only one that could defeat ace is enel. He has insane fruit+mantra while aca only has insane fruit. I know ace is already a strong fighter without his fruit but i dont think those abilities would be useful againts enel.

Enel would definitely give him a run for his money. I'd say Ace would beat Crocodile, he'd lose to Aokiji, beat Lucci and Moria .

So other than Aokiji and Enel I'd see Ace beating just about every opponeny Luffy has faced. Smoker as well, but since they cancel each other out the fight would be pointless. Logia vs Logia just isn't going to be easy to fight.

I think blackbeard could defeat enel, with a little more dificulty than with ace. blackbeard can use his gravity thing just as he did with ace and cancel his power. he also has the black hole thing and uber strenght since he manage to hurt shanks even before getting his fruit. I know that enel has lightning, speed and mantra, but I think that blackbeard can get past those things.

Ace wouldn't break a sweat at any enemy Luffy faced so far, except...
* Smoker - probably a draw, but there last fight was only a small exchange of blows
* Aokiji - he is admiral of the marines and probably one of the strongest guys in OP. I think Aokiji would win.
The rest is easy going.

And yes, even Enel would be no problem! His DF should give him an advantage, but his lack of fighting experience was the reason he lost even to Luffy (rubber is only immune, not superior to lightning).

Lack of figthing experience? After he first found out Luffy was immune to him, he still kicked his ass around for a while, it was untill the second fight when Luffy won. His fighting skill was also top grade, though lot lower than Luccis for example. I'd say between he and Ace, it would end up as a draw.

I dont think Aokiji can defeat ace. If aokijis power was water he would win, but his power is ice, that means ace can melt him. Of course there is a posibility that he could reform after this but since his entire body is no longer the element he controls (vapor or water instead of ice) i think he wouldnt be able to reform.

But still you can't just say Luffy is weaker than Ace so Ace should be able to defeat all his foes. Luffy had a big elemental advantage against Enel...I guess this would be a hard one...maybe (as some people guessed) a draw.

Luffy is very strong but he takes a looooong time to discover his opponents weaknesses. :blink

More than Ace vs. Eneru, I'd rather see Ace vs. Smoker...it'd make for an insane match up.

Ace vs Enel would be boring. Oda knows Logia vs Logia would be boring so he never does it unless there is a special advantage and disadvantage on both parties (i.e. Blackbeard). Enel and Ace are similiar Logia types (both forms of heat and light) and I would say something like Enel would win only because lightning is much hotter than fire, but Ace shouldnt worry about heat or even the shock.

In short, they blast each other to no effect so the fight is just plain boring.

Also, no-one has mentioned Moria. I think Ace would have had just as much trouble with Moria as Luffy and THAT would be a fight I would like to see.

I dont know about that. Ace's abilities are more suited towards wide-scale destruction than Luffy's.

Add that to the fact that zombie's like Oz are apparently weak to fire and I'm pretty sure Ace could have wiped out all of Thriller Bark even quicker than the strawhats did.

I'm curious about Ace's bounty......he MUST have one, as his head has enough weight to get a previously unknown pirate (Blackbeard) enough credibility to be made a Pirate God...

At first I thought Ace (much like Blackbeard himself) didn't have a bounty because of his isolation with Whitebeard out in the New World.......but given the Blackbeard situation that makes no sense. If Ace was an "unknown quantity" like Blackbeard then Blackbeard taking him out shouldn't have been enough to impress the WG.

Furthermore, given that Blackbeard himself seemed to believe he would need to take the heads of a few pirates over the bounty of 100,000,000 (when he was hunting Luffy) it only makes sense to assume Ace is worth at least 200,000,000 as rather than beat several 100,000,000 plus bounties he only had to take out one (Ace).

My guess would be that Ace is worth 500,000,000 or so given his abilities and the crew he's associated with (thats what Oda estimated Enel at, and I believe he and Ace are more or less the same ability wise.)

But even though that seems logical it contradicts something else we've read. Namely that Luffy his the highest bounty head from the East Blue.

As Ace is Luffy' brother....and we KNOW that they grew up together, that makes no sense. Unless of course, Ace's bounty is less than 300,000,000. Which seems absurd...

i dont think lucci will be able to put a fight against ace, even all of blackbeards crew was unable to lay a finger on ace, and blackbeards crew is not weak at all. Also remember how ace was shot, and the bullets didnt hurt him at all. If ace can naturally react to damage at the speed of a bullet, then i dont see any concivable way in which lucci can even hurt ace. Lucci is smart though so he could try to outmart ace and catch him offguard, but considering ace is smarter than luffy, i find this very hard to happen.

The Enel vs. Luffy match was redicioulus Luffy shouldn`t had a chance against Enel but iam afraid it happened.
But Ace vs Enel........hmmmmmm.....they are both logia.....and.......dunno.
There would be no clear winner from the beginning.
It all depends on the one who let his guard down and who strikes than first is the winner of the mutants:D

During the Arabasta arc Nami said to Vivi that Ace had a high bounty.

About the topic:
Ace will defeat them all without any trouble except the logias.
It will be a draw against them.
