Hey guys.

Do you think Zorro would take Mihawks sword to use it in fights?
Would look weird but whatever.
Or do you think Mihawk would deem Zorro worthy and give the black sword to Zorro of his own free will like Ryumma ( dont know how to write his name)

Edit: Michael Jacksons music rocks totally:occa:o:worship:worship2:D:occa

Zoro uses 3 katanas to fight.

It's Ryuuma.

Well, where ever he puts it, he'll look pretty much like an idiot swinging it around :)

Yeah, it'll kinda look pretty stupid on Zorro. I think in the end when Zorro defeats Mihawk (that is [i]if[/if] he defeats Mihawk, Oda isn't as predictable as we might think) he'll realize he doesn't need the world's best sword to be the best swordsman in the world and instead he'll toss it to the see.

I think he'd let Mihawk keep it, personally. Their duel is for the title, not the blade. And Zoro's mouth-sword is Wado Ichimonji, there is no way he would replace Kuina's blade with Mihawk's. In fact, I don't see him getting any more swords. Wado Ichimonji is permanent, that's like saying Luffy will get a new straw hat. Shusui he won in a battle, and it's a VERY good sword, so I can't see why he'd replace it. And Sandai Kitetsu is a powerful, cursed blade, and he risked his arm to get it, so I doubt he'd replace it. And seriously, Mihawk's cruci... um, sword, would look HORRIBLE on Zoro. Zoro's too irreligious to walk around looking like he got crucified...

I think zoro will eventually get tashigi's sword. Somehow seems rights.

Well, Zoro isn't the type to take someone's sword without their permision. Also, he isn't the type to kill women, either.
Also, it doesn't seem right to me that he should get that ugly sword of hers.
Also, I don't like the image of Zoro going around and collecting his opponents swords like that Red Eyed Swordsman dude from Ares manga.

Zoro will destroy Mihawk's sword at the moment of his victory. So no sword to take even if he wants to.

I think he wont take it at all wont destory it all he wants is the title but maybe absoultio is rite if he does destroy the greatest sword in the world it would be a testment of Zoro's strength and would undeniably show his superiorty to mihawk still doubt it though

I don't know why there has to be some emphasis on destroying swords. I would rather see Zoro defeating him without breaking his sword.
Sure, Mihawk broke his swords, but those weren't really something special. While Mihawk's sword is... was it strongest/best in the world?

I didnt say anything about killing or stealing. Also if you pay attention 2 out of 3 of zoros sword belonged to his oponents. Wado belonged to kuina (rival/oponent), shushui belonged to ryuuma(oponent).
His third sword (i dont remember the name) is of an inferior quality than the other 2 so it's highly probable that it will get destroyed in the future.

He can't hog every katana he sees. Only way he would take Tashigi's sword is if one of his own was broken.
And Tashigi's sword isn't better than Zoro's third sword (I can't remeber it's name either :p)

Again, Zoro had to go through something to get ALL 3 of his current swords. (Wado Ichimonji, Sandai Kitetsu, and Shusui). Yubashiri was a freebie from the shop-owner in Loguetown, so it got replaced. And Wado Ichimonji wasn't taken from Kuina, he used it after she died to carry on her dream and remind himself of the promise he made with her.

And on the subject of Zoro breaking Mihawk's sword,
I don't know why there has to be some emphasis on destroying swords. I would rather see Zoro defeating him without breaking his sword.

Quoted for truth.

I didnt say that he took it from kuina, i was just pointing out that it used to belong to one of his rivals/oponents. Also if zoros third sword is broken then the odds of him getting an equal or better without taking/getting/stealing... from someone else are very small, since exceptional swords are very limited. Wado and shushui are in a group of 21 exceptional swords and his third sword is in a group of 50 swords. thats a very limited amount of swords for all swordmen in the world specially if they are the only ones that could stand a chance in the second half of the grand line. I know that it hasn't been stated to which group tashigi's sword belongs to but given all her similarities to kuina she might as well have one of the 21 great swords, which would be perfect for zoro since it could complete his 3 uber sword combo if he gets tashigis sword.

Zoro swords:
- Wadō Ichimonji (http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Wad%C5%8D_Ichimonji);
- Sandai Kitetsu (http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Sandai_Kitetsu);
- Shuusui (http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Shuusui);
- Yubashiri (http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Yubashiri) (broken and left at the burial site of the Rumba pirates).
Zoro has 2 swords classified as "21 Ō Wazamono (Great Grade Sword)" (http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/%C5%8C_Wazamono_Grade_Swords), which is the second best group of swords, while the last one is a "Wazamono Grade Swords" (http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Wazamono_Grade_Swords), the broken one was a "Ryō Wazamono (Grade Swords)" (http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Ry%C5%8D_Wazamono_Grade_Swords).

Mihawk sword: "Kokutou Yoru" (http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Kokutou_Yoru) is one of the "12 Saijō Ō Wazamono (Supreme Grade Sword)" (http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Saij%C5%8D_%C5%8C_Wazamono_Grade_Swords)

Mihawks sword is too big, almost man sized, which is why I beleive zoro won't be getting it.

But it is such a great sword he just have to take it even if he just take it as a trophy and hang it in his room:p
or he give it to luffy muhahahahaha i always wanted that luffy has a gun and a sword or at least those thinks that he had in one of these "end of the year" episodes.
He will become pirate king so he has to be more untouchable as now.
He cant even carry the sword the way mihawk do it because it is so big like luffy or maybe bigger as he is :p well badluck:XD
He can use his true power if a fight gets serious.
But if iam serious, a gun and a sword would be cool but it is to early for him to be this untouchable:p:p:D:D
right now it is good how it is.

But zorro has to keep it or let mihawk keep it because of the pride and shit....

I've heard somewhere that shortening swords was common in Japan as to renew them and still use them after generation. thus they lost length. would that be a possibility for the zoro <-> mihawks sword problem other then the simple fact that he doesn't need it as soon as he would be able to get it?
