I was just thinking could it be that our world was the past world of one piece...err our present world was destroyed by PLUTON????!!!!
maybe like the full metal alchemist world was existing alongside our present world??!!!!!

No, Pluton (or whatever other device was used) had to be a terraforming, creature creating, god like type of device, to change our world to the world of One Piece.
WE have no DFs, no Redline, no seakings.

damn, Pluton must be a real crazy ass weapon to make the OP-earth 4x bigger then the normal one. but what does the WG want with this to stop the great pirate age? erasing all seas? lol

Your thinking is very good. I like it. But this time is very bad situation is occur then i am not doing any type of help for human life. I any you know thinking is right but they can doing very hard.
