Ugh, I love Fukumoto works so hard, the Kaiji series being one of my current favorites. Wish more of it was translated :T
Here's a single non-spoilerish panel I did in an hour or so;

I redo the linework freehand, keeping as close to the original lineweight as possible. I hardly touch backgrounds, usually just paint under them :U
This is one of those rare non-moe Kaiji panels that just begged to be colored. <3
