Like i said, i am a beginner and i really suck at backgrounds ^^

For a beginner you're pretty good in my opinion since everything is nice and clean and within liines. And for improvement, you should try experimenting with shading so it looks better. If you're afraid of messing up your previous work, just duplicate the layer with ctrl+j then hit the "/" key and mess around with shading.

my problem is that all the tutorials are for an too old version of
photoshop and its hard for me to figure out how to shade
with the brushes ^^
additionally i am using a german version of photoshop...

They're pretty nice, though I would recommend for images that have grey in them, to either manually remove all of the grey, or make lineart out of the page. The grey interferes with your coloring and gives it that unappealing grain looking area.

The back of the girl is where the grey was, also the arm, and when you colored it, you can see the specks are left over and make the shading strange. Oh another reason for removing greys is so that you can add your own shading in there. Most of the pages you colored had greys on them, I'm sure you can find them. ^^
