About the Hell Rings - there are only 6 of them and they're all Mist Rings. They were known as cursed rings, and used long before the dying will flames were discovered. They're some sort of contract in exchange for immense power.

As for the fight, as you can see, Genkishi has created illusions of Tsuna's friends to attack him. Tsuna knows they are illusions but Genkishi says that the existence of the illusions are tied to the lives of his guardians. If the illusions disappear, the guardians will die. Reborn can't confirm or deny since he can't get in touch with any of them. Genkishi asks Tsuna how it feels to kill his own friends (read: family), just like Genkishi himself did before.

Well I didn't know tsuna would get in an another trial. I really think genkishi is testing out tsuna and tsuna will have to come up with the answer that'll make genkishi think: I was wrong!!!! It's really cruel to use tsuna's friends

Since the end page isn't shown: my guess is tsuna will answer I don't fight my friends and they don't fight me. But kill me if it saves their lives

@stasiasan: Perhaps all these Illusions are what Genkishi has seen, I mean he never actually saw Ryohei, he saw a wounded fighter, but not Ryohei's face. Perhaps Gen has to see the image in order to create the Illusion.

We don't know that yet. The only hope now is young Ryohei which Genkishi didn't make his illusion. Do you guys want to know what i think right now for the future?

Genkishi beaten up. Vongola guys will come to Irie. Ginger lost. Irie in danger. And need help, then Byakuran have sent some help for him. Who? The Storm and Cloud Mare Ring wielders. I don't have any idea for the cloud, but for the Storm Mare Ring wielder will be..... Gokudera. Yes. TYL Gokudera (that's the reason he didn't make any apperance other than those 6 pages). We don't know whether he goes to the past or whatever, right? The next one brain-washed by Byakuran must be from Vongola side. And he must be important person (like Genkishi, Uni..). Who else come to mind? And then TYL Goku will fight TYL Yamamoto (there will be some drama here..) OR fight Hibari.

Hibari Kyoya Vs Gokudera Hayato. That sounds so....

Okay. It's my wild imagination. But still can be happened. Any vote for this future, everyone? Do you agree with me?

I don't see any reason to hate Genkishi, he is bringing a whole new power lvl to KHR, not to mention he is the strongest fighter to date. Which adds even more hype to Byakuran, since he views him as God.

I have noticed that most KHR fans are just so intertwined with the vongola 7, that they hate it when they actually get beat. It is kind of annoying seeing that all the time.

To be honest, I think no one is used to this change of pace, as most of the time, the chapters split the pacing up. Like during the invasion, they may show Yamamoto/Ryohei/Gokudera/Lal's group, switch on and off with Tsuna. Now it's just mainly focused on Tsuna vs Genkishi. Everyone is all with the trend of change, moar fanservice, moaaaarrrr!

Oh lord, give Genkishi a break for being the first 'incredibly' evil character of Reborn! You can say Xanxus is the other evil character, but OH WAIT, he's NOT UGLY! I mean, c'mon, don't blame Genkishi because Amano wanted to draw a befitting image of a swordsman, instead of someone appealing like Squalo or Yamamoto.

Really? Everything is dry? I mean, you wouldn't have known why Genkishi threw that match away, if there wasn't a flashback. This also brings us to the conclusion as to why Uni sacrificed herself so the Black Spells/Giglio Nero(sp?) could live without being exterminated. But what the heck am I talking about? Who cares about Black Spells, all about the Vongola Family! WOOOO!

If Genkishi is "as strong or around" Byakuran, would he be as strong as Uni? If he was, why didn't they think of using Uni & Genkishi vs Byakuran when they had a chance? I'm sure Genkishi is strong, but there's no way he's as strong as Byakuran.

well, let's say he's the nearest character to byakuran talking about power level for the moment, so when tsuna defeats byakuran, he'll be in that place XD
what happens with the vongola allies that they don't come?? is Ryohei the one who'll save the day? or may be lambo? if it's tsuna the one who stops that wall and saves all the guardians, he'll be lots of time stronger than his guardians, that means he has at last jumped to the category of boss being too much stronger than his nakama

Well, if Tsuna is going to get stronger, I bet his guardians will get stronger after the arc. And it would be too obvious for Ryohei to come now. He is like supoosed to jump out of nowhere, really suddenly and unexpected. I mean...when the other guardians switch it was like " oh, the TYL is sooo strong...*switch*" or "No the TYL got beaten up..*switch*". There must be a new idea.

^that last statement is so untrue TO THE EXTREME its not even funny
we have seen FOUR guardians switch, and all of them were different. Gokudera randomly while talking. Yama as he was about to finish fighting, Lambo as he was hiding and Hibari as he was being beaten up.
Ryohei isn't talking or fighting. he is KOed. so it would be original to switch him now. and none of the other guardians were in immediate danger in a group

And Tsuna is too far away from his friends to do shit in time so it'll have to be Ryo or Lambo. also Tsuna isn't too overpowered yet. he just got alot stronger thanks to the H.I. and training with the lenses he had in the middle of the arc.

but with that commonly agreed theory, we are able to tie in rambo's role in this, how he'll use the dying will flames is beyond me, and after rambo knocks away that antiflame coating, ryohei will blast the walls away cuz iirc his determination is quite to the extreme

another thing i wanna add about the hell mist rings. like someone previously have said that the illusions might be connected to them spiritually. what those who have been created, like the originals, can see what is happening during the fight through their illusion selves, but an addition to that is that the hell ring can also skew what is being seen.

Like they'd see tsuna fight back in a way that is as if he doesn't care about the lives of his family. and at which point plot device happens and because the vongola family trusts in tsuna so much they know what they see is also an illusion.

Hmmmmmmmmm i never thought about a weather kind of thing. if it is true, that means Hibari will do something. like, Clouds depart to make the Sun shine through. also this means Lambo won't save them, if the weather thing is true.

my guess for the weather thing, it would be
Sky effects everything,
Clouds effect everything but Sky
Storm effects Rain, Cloud, Sun And Thunder because of Gokudera's different DWFs and vice versa.
Mist effects nothing

i dont think tsuna will need help to defeat genkishi, that light that came from his x gloves could be the activation of his resolution just like when he first had it activate in the sphere where the past vongola leaders talk to him and gave him a trail. its not a power up coz he already used it. it was just never seen i guess. plus the sky attribute could be that i has all the properties of all the other rings

I get the feeling that this fight will drag on for two more chapters..
chapter 1 : Tsuna preparing his dying will w/e and genshiki taunting him in disbelieve
chapter 2 : Tsuna killing him off and we'll get a glimpse of the next plot development

Though genshiki's frame in the last page showed the *shock/awareness* background ( black with a white dot-ish thing next to the char xP ) this could also mean that he understands what's happening and might retreat/fetch more power.

All the attributes ARE weather related. There's not many ways to translate single words. But, if you insist...

大空 - Sky. There is no other translation. It's not big sky. Just sky.
晴 - Sun. Literally, it means clear (sky), which in English, is equivalent to sunny weather. Since the symbol on the Vongola Ring is a sun, the "sun" translation makes the most sense.
雨 - Rain. No other translation.
雷 - Lightning bolt or thunder. Although "kaminari" (雷) means thunder, the attribute in Italian and its symbol on the Vongola Ring is lightning. Thunder is the sound caused by lightning heating up air. So, lightning is the more accurate translation.
霧 - Mist or fog. Means the same thing, really.
雲 - Cloud. No other translation.
嵐 - Storm or tempest. Means the same, weather-wise.

In terms of relations between weather phenomena (not the guardians), mist and cloud are the most similar. Mist are found on the ground level whereas clouds are higher up in the atmosphere. Also, lightning, rain and storm are also closely related as lightning and rain usually accompany a storm. Of course, there's also rain and cloud. You can't have rain without clouds. Lastly, the sun clears away all of these weather phenomena.

I'd like the Genkishi vs Tsuna fight to move a little bit faster but overall, I love the development.

A lot of stuff have been revealed about Genkishi and the Giglio Nero family so it might be good to consolidate at this point. Feel free to add anything if I've left out.

- Genkishi uses the Mist Mare Ring and is one of the guardians of the Giglio Nero family when Uni's mother was alive.
- When the Gesso family started attacking the mafia families, Genkishi joined Byakuran and made a deal to wipe out the Giglio Nero family as his pledge of loyalty.
- Genkishi challenged Squalo to a duel and faked a defeat. He then lied to Uni and Gamma that Byakuran sent him to defeat Squalo as part of a ceasefire deal between Giglio Nero and Gesso.
- Uni saw through his bluff, and ...? Genkishi resents Uni (and himself?) for causing him to disobey Byakuran.
- Some time between Genkishi's failure and the family merger, Uni gave herself up to Byakuran. Mystery still unknown, but perhaps as a deal to spare her family? After all, Byakuran wanted Genkishi to destroy the Giglio Nero for the Mare Rings and sky pacifier, not merge with Gesso.
- Some time between the merger and the Melone Base invasion, Genkishi still has Uni's trust (maybe?) enough to receive Gamma's Nero Volpi (the black foxes) box and pass it to him.
- Yet, in the current battle, Genkishi's loyalty to Byakuran is pretty much absolute. Because he didn't want to repeat his past failure, he allowed his spirit to be consumed by the Hell Ring.

Last point. Notice Irie's surprise at what Genkishi said about wanting to kill his own family? We all assumed that Irie is one of Byakuran's most trusted officers so he was in on the conspiracy from the start, but perhaps Irie has no idea what happened to the Giglio Nero family when it joined the Millefiore.

It can be presumed that Gamma didn't know that Genkishi was going to try kill them all because he would have tried to kill Gen knowing based on Gamma's personality

The Volpi box could have actually been Uni trying to help Gamma or Byakuran made Uni do it. This is a little weird to mention now. but its funny how without the Volpi, Gamma would have lost earlier and if it wasn't for Gayruu, Gokudera would have lost in general.

and on the Irie note, the time that he and Byakuran met is still a little sketchy, but it was most likely before Gen met Byakuran. This also with the fact that Irie knew Gen still means either Irie isn't actually important now as he was in the beginning or Byakuran thought it wasn't important to tell Irie.

Yeah, my bad, I was connecting of how Xanxus saw Tsuna's eyes like the 9th, and which angered him, but seems to be the opposite for Genkishi.

i'm glad the Genkishi fight is over, since i'm not a big fan of him. but i really don't like the fact that Tsuna is still fighting in this arc. how many Millefiore has he defeated alone? it just seems that the rest of his family is fodder material at this point.

All the guadians (except Lambo) have already defeated some millifore members so them being fodder is not true. The fact Tsuna is getting all the action is good because since the fights of Goku, Hibari and Yamato he haven't in the spott light since. It would be quite lame if the Vongola boss only managed to defeat one opponent.

Great chapter, Great to see tsuna made a fast and clear decision. He's becoming stronger and even used some new technique with a tremendous power.

Now I really wonder what will happen in next chapter. The room that no one was allowed to see, stands now before tsuna's eyes. Even worse for Irie, it's the machine...

Somehow I am starting to believe genksihi referring to being byakuran's tools, is also about Irie. Could it be this room, this machine, this base doesn't concern byakuran at all? Could it be that Irie and his gang was just a diversion for something bigger? Was this byakuran's order given to genkishi? Man these questions, I hope this arc will give us answers

It's hard to imagine this base doesn't concern Byakuran if he sent Genkishi there to support Irie. For one thing, Genkishi is Byakuran's strongest officer. For another, the Vongola Rings are in the base and Byakuran wants them more than anything else.

Imagine the future when Vongola Rings no longer exist. The only way for Byakuran to get his hands on them is to bring them over from the past. If the white, round machine is indeed a time machine, neither Byakuran nor Irie can risk its destruction when there is still one Vongola Ring (Ryouhei's) unaccounted for.

In ch 202, Spanner mentioned that Irie's research is related to time travel. Byakuran mentioned way back ch 161 that Irie's study of the 10-year-bazooka was directly responsible for bringing the Vongola family of the past to the future.

Byakuran also said in ch 172 that if the Vongola family found out about a certain thing in the Melone base, they will definitely attack the base. It's pretty clear by now that the certain thing refers to the white, round machine.

Lastly, the Melone Base itself was created by Irie under Byakuran's orders. Since the white, round machine is the most precious thing inside the entire base, it's reasonable to assume the base was created to protect the machine.

But, I definitely agree with you. What will happen now? Whatever it is, I doubt Tsuna and friends will just pack up and go back to the past. :p There are still so many unanswered questions, especially Hibari's schedule...

I was really surprised at this chapter, seeing as how chapter 216 left off with that "malice or determination" thing, I thought we would see a different side of Tsuna (well a third side if you consider how his character changes in Hyper Dying Will Mode). Anyways, is it bad when I read that his flame power was over 200,000 I thought "IT'S OVER 9000!!!". XD I'm interested in the white machine, if it's actually the real one, now I'm curious about Hibari and the rest of them.

Ya your right about the death thing. no character has ever died in a chapter. they mention dead characters like Gokudera's mom, the arcobaleno, Tsuna, etc. but they never show them die.
i actually enjoy taht most of the time because it makes sense. they are kids and they shouldnt want to kill.

Everyone is waking up: "Tenth!! We've been caught?!"
Irie: "Your life is in my hands. I want to talk, so behave, won't you?"
Irie: "Resistance is futile. I've taken all your rings and box weapons."

Lal says to Tsuna to don't mind them so destroy the device. Irie: "If you destroy this device, the ones to be inconvenienced will be you right?"

Irie?: "Inside this device are your selves from this time." and Irie describes/depicts 10 people. They're actually reduced to molecular level and preserved inside.

The one who shot everyone with the 10 year bazooka and brought them to this time was Irie.
"The me of 10 years ago could use this time's box weapons and technology, so I shot you with the 10 year bazooka."

The reason is: "For Byakuran-san to be able to destroy the world in his hands and make a new world, he needed the Vongola Rings."
7^3's ores are the cornerstones that created this world. The Arcobaleno sacrificed themselves because they were ordered to protect 7^3.

Irie: "We're done talking."
Either Cervello or Irie: "Sawada Tsunayoshi, hand over the Sky Ring. If not, we'll poison your guardians."
Reborn: "We're not done talking yet Irie. There's one part I can't agree on."

Spanner : "...Shouichi ?"

Gokudera seems to remeber trying to strangle Tsuna, as if it was a bad dream. (or is still dreaming ?)

Everybody wakes up. "Jyuudaime ?! Has he been caught !?"
Irie : "Your life is in our hands. Shall we negotiate obediently ?"
Irie : "Resistance is futile. We've taken all of your rings and boxes."

Not too sure about this one... Lal is oncerned about something, perhaps if Tsuna destroyed the white machine ? And Irie answering her ?

After that, I think Irie describes what the machine is for...? But I can't make anything out of it, sorry. Perhaps I'll try to translate the rest, but seeing how long it takes for me to make such crappy translations, I guess we'd better wait for someone else's help ^^'

Tsuna is dead so why would his body be in there and Reborn for all we know is dead as well so why would his body be in there... This is just a guess since they show only 10 shadows. Amano could just be teasing us with not showing adult Reborn and Tsuna though...

With Shouichi all of a sudden being all like "I'm a good guy" wouldn't that mean that Shouichi personally picked Mukuro for Byakuran's assistant that is if he was just fronting about being surprised seeing Leonardo that one time.

Still a lot to think about especially when they are still playing to Byakuran's tune apparently.

I can't wait for new chapters.

You can't see him until like 004 at the top center panel next to chrome. Then on the same page the middle pannel the bottom right you see his hair... looks like his TYL hair. Then he vanishes to never be seen again. I guess that solves it... maybe... so Amano is just teasing us? Gah... hrm... Maybe thats why they don't have a sculpted shape for the shadow since they would be dead their bodies wouldn't be in there. Hrm... I wish my other theory was true but this sounds more plausible. Hmm..Lots of questions that Irie has to answer for me. I belive his time jumps have to do with being able to cover himself as a "possible" spy for the vongola. Not sure thats just a guess here. But either way I'm curiouse to find out the authors explenation on this one.
As for the poeple in the machine. Looks like Ryohei and Tsuna are missing. I could be wrong since theres 2 empty spots. Its tough getting an idea of whose in there. I'm looking forward to getting a look at this pic, in more detail later.

There is really only three question and the most important is if Tsuna is really dead or not?

We see two shadow figures in the ten people transported. One is could be Reborn's and the other's could be Tsuna. but here is the thing, Tsuna was transported into TYL Tsuna's coffin. if he was alive, why was he there? and it could mean taht Tsuna's dead body was transported into the machine.

TYL Gokudera could have told past Tsuna to kill Irie to make him go after Irie so they could meet.

TYL Gokudera knowing that he would go into the machine and Tsuna wouldn't go back in time, had to give him a goal. And what better way to meet someone than to try and capture them.

That's why Irie was always nervous because the plan was going to be fulfilled.

I think that Gokudera was telling the truth - to the point that he knew himself. He believed Irie was the enemy; most likely because Irie didn't tell anybody about his intentions.

I really believe Byakuran already knows that Irie is a traitor. I don't know, he just seems like the person who knows everything that is going on, but lets things move as they are and uses people as he sees fit.

I do hope Irie is an actual ally; that would be interesting. If he wasn't then I wouldn't understand why he killed/put-to-sleep the Cervello when he could have easily gotten the Sky Ring and thus run away with the Vongola Rings.

Perhaps we will see why he is a friend once this is all over and they return to the past (and in the future...a future after "the past" but before where they are now; Tsuna will do something nice for Irie in some way or another). Time-travel has always been quite strange in how different authors interpret it.

I don't think that TYL Gokudera would lie to the Tenth just to make him go to find Irie. He would have just straight out told him about the white machine, how their future selves are trapped, and that Irie was on their side.

So this means, TYL Tsuna didn't tell anyone or that no one knows about it. I think the latter. It doesn't seem like something Tsuna would not tell his family about this.

The blush but also his stomach aches are hard to fake, especially when nobody is around. I doubt byakuran knew from the start, he may be sly as a fox but it took time before he noticed that Leonardo was not Leonardo.

What isn't clear yet is why Reborn didn't move when Lambo accidently used the 10 year bazooka and how Irie knew that Tsuna was coming, he was also shot by Lambo. Also the guardians don't return to their past because they cannot switch with their older selves, yet Tsuna and Reborn shouldn't have that problem because their older selves shouldn't be there (as they are dead). That would mean that the older versions of Tsuna and Reborn are still alive in that machine. I think in next chap we will see who are in the machine and also the release of the guardians with their rings.

This was about the only thing that was explained in this chapter. Irie used the non-7^3 radiation to paralyse Reborn at that moment.

But, you have a point. Reborn and Tsuna were both shot by Lambo, which is very odd. Even Gokudera was shot just after Tsuna when the bazooka was still in Tsuna's room. Was it Lambo or had the bazooka changed hands already? If it was Irie, how did Irie get into the house?

Secondly, if Reborn and Tsuna were meant to be sent to the future, but happened through Lambo instead of Irie by freak accident, the question is why. Tsuna may have been sent to the future simply because of the Vongola Sky Ring. But, Reborn? Maybe the yellow pacifier of the future was also destroyed? If so, that would make the two missing pacifiers blue and yellow.

- Irie says that normally, he can't make a move without his subordinates and the surveillance camera watching him. Everything that he does is under constant surveillance by Byakuran. But, thanks to Tsuna and family destroying all the surveillance system, the Millefiore won't be able to check on him any more.
- He says he's been waiting for this moment forEVER. To meet in his base, under these conditions, was the goal he'd been planning for all along.
- Obviously, nobody believes him.
- Irie goes on to explain that the Millefiore are after the Vongola Rings, and because of that, Tsuna and family were brought to the future. That is the truth. But, after they arrived in the future, everything that led to Tsuna and family arriving to this point (in the Melone base) was a secret plan devised by Irie himself.
- Again, nobody believes him.
- Irie apologises for everything they've been put through. But, it was the only way he could force them to upgrade their fighting abilities within a short time in order to prepare for the battle ahead.
- Tsuna asks, what battle ahead? Irie says their real enemy is not him.
- Gokudera interrupts and hurls insults and curses at Irie.
- Irie tries to make them understand. If he wanted to kill them, he'd have killed them long ago. He explains that the difference in power between the Millefiore and the Vongola is much to great. So, he planned the exchange of the Guardians from the past in stages so that the future Guardians could train the past Guardians at each turn. When the Vongola attacked the Melone Base, Irie tried very hard to get all the Vongola captured as quickly as he could. But, he had to keep out of suspicion all the time. Irie even planned so far ahead as to bring Yipin, Kyoko and Haru to the future because he figured that Tsuna would have more... motivation if there were people he had to protect.
- Hearing that, Tsuna explodes and shouts at Irie for getting Kyoko into trouble. And for getting Gokudera, Yamamoto and Lal almost killed.
- Irie says he had no choice. The others can't believe he just said that. Irie says he tried his best to make everything go according to plan, but he can't help it when certain things happen that he couldn't prevent. The problem they're facing is not as trivial as they think. Even Tsuna of the future had agreed to the plan. (Irie calls him Tsunayoshi-kun. :D)
- Irie says the secret was absolute and the only 3 people who knew about it were Irie, the future Tsuna, and the future Hibari. (Irie calls him Hibari-kun. XD)

Part 2


- That's the reason why Hibari knew about the surprise attack from the Millefiore on the Vongola base and ambushed the Millefiore first. Furthermore, whether or not to bring over the others (Yipin, Kyouko, etc) was something the future Tsuna hesitated with until the very end. Finally, he made the decision because he knew that his past self would require them to become more powerful.
- Lal says that's impossible. She knew Sawada's personality. Gokudera also agrees. Tsuna would never allow the kids to get involved.
- Irie gets frustrated. It's precisely because the situation was SO FREAKING DIRE that Tsuna HAD NO CHOICE but to bring the kids in as well. He begs them to listen to him and finish his story. This entire plan was a gamble and the stakes were the lives of all of the Vongola and their allies. And all of humanity, for that matter.
- Reborn asks if this is related to the battle to come Irie mentioned earlier. Reborn says he believes Irie's words. Because everything he'd been suspicious about had been sufficiently answered by Irie.
- Irie thanks Reborn for believing him and says their true enemy is Byakuran.
- Without thinking, Tsuna says, "I knew it..." and catches himself. Why did he say that?
- Irie goes on to explain Byakuran's 7^3 policy, and that if Byakuran succeeded, he'll wipe out everyone they knew, their families, organisations, and even countries. Then, Reborn asks Irie why he's been helping Byakuran if that's the case.
- After all, if Irie hadn't used the 10-year-bazooka and brought the Vongola Rings to the future, Byakuran's plan will never succeed, or at least the causalities wouldn't be as great.
- Irie said he thought of that too, but even if Irie hadn't helped, Byakuran would have found a way to bring the Vongola Guardians + Rings to the future. There's another reason too. There is no way to seal Byakuran's power except by fighting him in this era.
- But, before Irie could explain further, he suddenly remembers something else. He asks Reborn if they've received further contact from the Vongola HQ. Reborn says no.
- Irie talks to himself nervously, "Not yet? Right, it's not time yet..." He gets really nervous again. There were 2 stages to the plan to defeat Byakuran. The first was to bring the Vongola to the future and meet at the Melone Base. The second stage was designed to give the Vongola boys time to recuperate.
- The second stage is related to the battle in the rest of the world that the Vongola have planned against the Millefiore. If this battle failed, their entire plan would crumble. The key is the main battle in Italy involving...
- The last 3 pages speak for themselves. =P

It could be. Millefiore still have two pacifiers missing. One is colonello's though. The one Lal had in that box that Tsuna opened. I believe Lal still has hers but since it is imperfect and I don't think they need two Rain pacifiers. And Ginger Bread said that Colonello protected Mammon before he died. He also said that Mammon killed himself... Mammon is a chicken and we all know money and his life are more important to him than anything else. He probably made it look like he killed himself and ran with his tail between his legs like he did in the ring battle.

I would think the only reason why he was suspicious of Mukuro was because he knew that Mukuro was Vongola. Then again, Byakuran is an extremely perceptive person, he may have seen through the deception a long time ago and has a failsafe plan in place in case Irie were to have betrayed him, which happened.

i must say that was a really great fallow tru, the chapters are really amazing, it does make sence that irie could well be on tsuna's side looking back on how he is as a charter that does not want to fight and is eazy intimidated by mafia looking people in the past. plus that fact that hibari is part of the dicipline commity that protected students of naminori witch irie is a part of. it would be cool to have the older vongola teach thier younger self how to fight and use thier powers to its full potential. the only one missing in this is ryohei.

If TYL Vongola was to train the TYP now that would be really great. Though Future Tsuna is dead and cant train him but maybe Irie has a Sun attribute box kept safe for Tsuna from Future Tsuna? but right now he is too over powered and can still improve more. Gokudera is in good shape and he took out Gamma by himself, Yamamto though was train by reborn he lost and so he has lost more to work on, the only one that really need to get train or not just train spartan train so he can actually be called a damn Lightning Gaurdian. Chrome though he lost Mukuro she has to train herself since now she is the mist Guardian. Last its time to bring Ryohei over now, since he is the one that really falling behind.

Why I don't think it is Mammon: I was under the impression that the arcobaleno were cursed to live as babies for the rest of their lives. Lal grew up because she was an incomplete arcobaleno and didn't use her power. But this could be an illusion...why he would waste the time to do that I don't know.

The pacifier isn't visible and with the....I forgot what it is called but the stuff that weakens and kills the arcobaleno I don't think its possible for him to be outside. Then again he could have sealed the pacifier so well that the effects of the curse wore off

But I think that it is most likely a pupil of Mammon, the frog hat pays homage to the dead arcobaleno and from what I can tell that person doesn't have Mammon's distinctive mouth (^)

I'm also thinking that it's probably not Mammon, because he is supposed to be dead. Otherwise the 'deadly' radiation isn't really deadly after all. Even Lal as an incomplete Acrobaleno was affected. I really don't like where the story is headed =( this 'we have to protect the world from a megolomaniac' plot is just so ugh. And I don't understand the plan. i think in a tactical sence it was a good idea that tsuna did not include goku because he is his right hand man and his action would be well monitored by the enemy plus the fact that we all know that goku gets really taken over specially with thing about tsuna coz he is his frist real freind.

plus hibari would be the best candidate to fallow though with all of this being the dificulty of the situation, he is the storngest guardian past and future.

goku needed to get to the level that he was in the future to be an asset to the vongola. we can totally see this in the fight with genkishi when hibari used his box, the raw power alone push genkishi away if trained properly he would be even more powerfull.

If you look back in ch 161, the first time we saw all the Millefiore captains at the table, some of the captains were deliberately not shown, including one with a Mare Ring. It might be the same guy, it might not be (the ring is on a different finger).

I think we can definitely say it's not the following people:
1) Dino - NO WAY Dino will betray the Vongola family and Reborn. Besides, Bel said he's sent to Japan.
2) Xanxus - Xanxus is in the castle throwing hissy fits, not in the Millefiore temporary headquarters. -_- And Xanxus doesn't drink tea.
3) Iemitsu (Tsuna's dad) - Again, no way he would betray the Vongola.
4) Shamal - Unlikely to betray the Vongola, and even if he did, he wouldn't look so refined. XP
5) Mukuro or his gang - If Byakuran found Mukuro out as Leo, he'd have found Mukuro masquerading as one of his White Spell captains. And, if Mukuro is not on the Millefiore side, there's no way Ken or Chikusa would betray Mukuro.

Man, my first thought on reading was that the Millefiore leader guy could be Dino, if only because Bel said he was sent to Japan (the way I read it seemed to imply that he left some time ago). And he isn't there yet! Or at least if he was, he hasn't given the Vongola (Tsuna's group) any communication yet. Plus I thought Dino was supposed to help the Varia coordinate and carry out the Italian side of the Millefiore raid? I hope it isn't him, and now, I don't think it is though, cause Dino can be too klutzy to be that composed XD idk. Still, that pretty, svelte chin silhouette seems to suit him.

I'd go for Shamal or Dino. Can't be Xan-chan due to the tea, even if the bit of face we saw really looks like him.

We didn't hear of/from Shamal since Tsuna&co arrived in the new arc, he could be playing some spy game, and him being storm attribute (we don't even know if it's not the cloud holder) would be very likely since he kinda was Goku's sensei.

As for Dino, if it was him I wouldn't say he betrayed the Vongolas, he would probably be playing a double/triple spy game, like, making the Millefiore think he's spying the Vongola for em while not telling know the Vongolas but one or two that he's spying for Millefiore and will help em whenever they attack. <.<

Honestly, I don't trust those vongola men on the ground.
The way they changed what xanxus wanted.. it was too sporadic. It seemed they didn't really know what the varia brought for xanxus.

If I should predict what will happen is that squalo will be attacked/ stabbed in the back so to say by the men that are on the ground supposedly beaten up by xanxus.

I also feel that xanxus might make an appearance in either the next chapter or the one after that, but then again he'll probably not.

I don't think it's basel, since the outline of the guy would've shown the long hair.

If you look back in ch 161, the first time we saw all the Millefiore captains at the table, some of the captains were deliberately not shown, including one with a Mare Ring. It might be the same guy, it might not be (the ring is on a different finger).

I think it's marmon.
Don't know if it was mentioned by others before.
But Marmon was replaced, and it was mentioned in that very chapter.
We also know that marmon would do anything to get rid of the curse as he almost said textually in the past. He is also the only one that showed cowardice in the varia when he fled in his fight.
I believe it's marmon that switched side. To get rid of that curse, by making some sort of deal with the millefiore.
Well the mist ring is already taken so that would make it a bit problematic, but who knows.


That said this is a little late. But in the past I kept saying Tsuna had something to do with the currents event and that he wasn't dead <_<. People laughed, but looks like it wasn't far from the truth xD.

That said, I'm not sure anymore when they say "X character died" or not. Well at this part of the story with the last revelations I find it hard to be absolutly sure of some stuff.

About the box, I didn't think Squalo would use his that quick... I mean those attackers, we don't even know if they are small fries or not yet and he already released it. I was waiting for some suspens or a mise en scene.

That said I can't wait for next chapter, I hope we'll see more of Tsuna and Irie chatting, and we'll learn about what happened in the past for Irie to choose his side, his first contact with the Vongola... wasn't a very good start ^^.
It surely happened soon after his appearance in the daily life arc.

My Top 3 Predictions:

3. Longchamp - He is definitely someone who is both known by the Vongola and has yet to appear in the future. Personality wise, he seems like he could have the Storm attribute due to his vivaciousness. How nuts would it be if Longchamp developed into a strong fighter and goes heads up with Tsuna?

2. Shamal - It was mentioned in an earlier post that he was Gokudera's tutor, which could make it very likely that he has the Storm attribute. The fact that he is (or was) a freelance mafioso and has (or had) no absolute ties to any particular family would suit him as the holder of the Cloud Mare Ring as well.

1. THIS GUY! (http://www.onemanga.com/Katekyo_Hitman_Reborn/1/36/) - He has a bone to pick with Tsuna that goes back more than 10 years. I mean hell, he got all of his hair ripped out... it's gotta be him!!!

All jokes aside, just bump Longchamp and Shamal up a notch and toss Mammon in at #3. Maybe Byakuran offered him a chance to ditch the curse in exchange for information about the 7^3 and somehow got his attribute changed in the process? Meh. I dunno.
