My first try with a magazine scan...

Well i`ll write this in spanish an english, becouse my english grammar is horrible...:s / bueno voy a escribir esto tanto en español como en ingles, porque mi gramatica en ingles es asquerosa...

Well in the left the original raw, i rezise it for convinience, and the right the "clean" image after a leveling and some ps filters/ Bueno a la izquierda el raw original, sólo que lo achique por conveniencia, y a la derecha la imagen "limpia" despues de nivelarla y pasarla por algunos filtros del Photoshop.

For my first time to try to make a "clean" of a weekly magazine scan, i think it`s ok, but i dont like the grays... but i dont know how to do it..LOL / Para ser mi primer intento de "limpiar" una raw de una revista semanal, creo que esta bien, pero no me gustan los grises... pero no se como hacerlos...LOL

With some practice I'm sure you'll be able to reach this level! As this looks pretty good for a first clean! All you need to do now is make sure everything that's supposed to be black is black, and what's supposed to be white is white!

For the greys just redraw the greys, then go to filter -> texture -> grain -> intensity 20

Then it'll look pretty good (this is just an example method not THE best method or whatever)

^Do yourself a favor and use screentones for the grays instead of filters. It will look so much better.

I will see how to do it, i`m really new in this of "cleaning manga", so far i always work with tank scans, and "To-Love Ru" it`s the firts weekly series I do (Basically becouse i dont like the other weekly series, like naruto, bleach or whatever)...

And i`ll se that of Sreentones, i think that in my leanguage those are "temas"...

i never use it before...LOL
