It's side story to be added in the final volume as a goodbye chapter, I guess (can't read japanese). The chapter's about Eddie Lee's flashback after he had played Devil's Way to Koyuki on the phone and got shot, and also the flashback of the Dying Bleed. It looked like a very worth ending chapter for the serie.

does any 1 kno wots happen to phase 3 (the ones scan the last 15 or something chapters) because there site has been down for a while.... have they broken up or something? i hope there scans where the highest of [HQ]

I only heard from Staph Beck at beck-mcs.org (http://www.beck-mcs.org/indexen.php) that Phase 3 isn't dead yet but they're just having problems with their host. So well, I guess Beck fans should fear not that the scans won't be continued to the completion. (Also, personally I trust that the scanlators had deep liking over this serie and are dedicated fans of Beck, so even if they'd be very busy with life thus having caused their scans come out slowly, but they work with resolution as you guys might've seen too via their releases; so with that I guess you guys may probably be at ease on this now.)
