One thing I always counted on is friends not knowing Naruto, and not associating with manga/anime in any form, way or shape. Not their type.

Finishing year 12 now and it's English essay, Math C (Polynomials, Rational functions, Derivations, Potencies and logarithms) unsure about the translations but I think that's correct.
I also have Chemistry on cellular level, like the metabolism etc. I have an exam on nerve syndromes in biology/medicine. I have an ethic essay, a psychology exam aaaaaand I think i have Physics as well.

Wow, seems like some busy subjects boy....I was glad to leave all the science and maths back in high school. Now I do Multimedia Tech which consists of the five modules; Audio Visual Technology,Media Production Management, Authoring Techniques, 3D Modelling, and Video Production. quite a nice course, but some very looooong tutorials and assignments since the whole course is 2nd year is assignment based and no exams.

He wants to kill Jacob but can't do it himself ( don't know the reasons yet,you know how LOST is) but looks like he deceived Ben into killing jacob. He posed as Locke, and deceived Ben, even though Locke is officially dead.

Yeah, it's the last season. Finally, everything the remaining stuff which needs to be answered will be answered in the final season which is gonna air on January 2010 -May 2011. :) So you've got well, time to catch up on season 4 and 5 if you wanted to. :)

LOST is one of those shows that remains mysterious all the time, it still has its 10 million viewers and over ratings per episode. I remember Season 2 had like 20 million and over viewers per episode. xD Season 5 reaches 13-10 million. So LOST is still popular, compared to heroes. <.< heroes Season 4 has like 6-7 million viewers LOL

well there's a difference between personal taste and quality of service between two sites. Comparing two different flavors is not the same as comparing two similar social network sites...Had you said that breyer's chocolate icecream is better than hagen dazs' chocolate icecream because it's richer in taste and creamier, that would have been a better anology, but at the same time, it comes off as a statement of fact rather than opinion. You said orkut was better because it was more user friendly and better looking than facebook. That comes off as stating fact and not personal belief. Well it works in rounds basically. We have different stages and categories where we show off our routines. Normally we have around half a dozen routines prepared, but we have extras in case we need to adapt. Usually the rounds include group choreographies(in different numbers) and single choreographies. There are judges and choreographs who basically judge our routines by different criterias.

Also they give us a theme to interpret in one special routine when we sign up for the Festival and we have to do something on it. Last year the theme was the Moon and this year the theme is Imagination oooo :o

I'm not a gamer, at least not for console games. But I adore good graphic and characters, so I do collect CG's and clips from e.g. the FF games or DMC. I don't have any desire to actually play them, though.

The manga, like the anime, is merely average but I like the characters. Nero isn't in it since it's based on DMC3. Though, I'm always in for a new bishie :luv

And really, can't decide between them. My interest for the characters is based heavy on fujoshi fantasies which leaves enough spots open for the two of them and while we're at it, let's have big bro joining the fun as well >.>

Yeah I wanted Signature to win it aswell but you know,Geroge is young so people are going to vote for him more. His dance wasn't bad when he used the remix version of singing in the rain,I think that dance was good. Better then his audition one. :)

There was a preliminary thing here for x-factor last month in Birmingham at the ICC where I work, none of the judges were there but I think it was just to register or something....I dont really know about the procedure...

France's entry is at least... french. The sound reminds me on older french romance movies and she sings in her native language, something that is missing in the modern contest all to often.

I think that every country should represent it's musical characteristics, preferable in it's own language (come on, with today's technique they could easily subtitle the stuff live on TV) and not try to get votes by being appealing to the international mainstream.

The contest was interesting years ago when you had the cultural influence in the songs but now the choices ain't any different from the lower middle of the media control charts. The German entry wasn't even sung by a German artist to begin with. That guy isn't known at all over here. To top it, the applicants for the German pre-selection had to be members of the GEMA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gesellschaft_f%C3%BCr_musikalische_Auff%C3%BChrungs-_und_mechanische_Vervielf%C3%A4ltigungsrechte) which excludes all artists in contract with alternative labels as well as standalone artists by default.

The songs were better this year though regardless of if some of them weren't sung in the native language. In the past couple of years, you had some outrageous songs getting a lot of votes, it was all political, neighbours voting high for each other, but at least this time, you had the good songs getting the high votes.

Yeah, Birmingham has a proper easy transport. Well where I lived, all the buses go straight to the centre in like 10 minutes. And they were all straight roads LOL In East Dulwich (London) You have too many one-way roads, if you want to go to Peckham centre you gotta go 1 way, but to come backanother different way. Have to get used to this.

The transport is way easier in Birmingham, as all the buses end up in the same location, whereas in London, it's so dam big you can get lost so easily... ive been lost before just being at Victoria station.

Ever since i was a kid (not long ago >_>) the winning song was in english. In fact the only one i remember of the top of my head not being english was that serbian one not long ago. Most countries at the end of the day want to win so...=/.
Can't be too long ago since till the 1999, there was a rule to sing in native language. However, I remember that the UK won quite often during the 90ies, so you're may be right :3

But I don't blame their win on the language. Up till the late 90ies, the contest wasn't that interesting for young people and the elders of most European countries don't understand English as they don't understand any other language...

Well we have an youth party and they need active people tee-hee. Need to make way and increase in ranks in the youth party if i want to have a chance in our mother-party and if i want to make a change - that's needed.
