View Full Version : Uroboros as wise's plan

Well I wonder how you guys think uroboros was a part of wise's plan. Of course it was for their own good of their plan but do you guys really tend to believe they also knew about the matter in the meteor? Do you believe a telekinetic psychicer could have changed it directions?
What do you guys tend to think. I was mainly surprised by that unkown matter inside the meteor that surrounded earth

In the wiki it says that the wise were planing to destroy (take it literally) the earth by coliding the meteor to it, but instead the missiles released the alien thing inside and turned the earth into Psyren.
I personally think that's wrong: what they want is a world ruled by psychicers, not no world at all. Maybe the meteor was weak, and would have been destroyed anyways when entering in the atmosphere, therefore releasing that alien mass no matter what?

And would you think the alien part was also a calculation in wise's plan? Well I do agree wise planned to use the meteor as a tool for creating their new world's order but I wonder if they ever knew about the alien matter too

I guess they did know... That alien matter, besides destroying the world (this time take it in a figurative sense), increased the PSI-conductivity of the air (besides making everybody a psychicer, but I guess that's a side effect). I think it also helped them build the cores.
Now, if you were Amagi Miroku, would you pick an asteroid at random, or would you pick one you know that has all those capabilities within?

Good question and the right answer would be I'd pick one with all those capabilities but then he was very lucky it had to be that one on that moment and that place of course ;)
but yeah I do agree with you, I have that similar feeling it was a calculation in their plan

Perhaps that egg thing is how they got Uroboros to head towards earth. There is absolutely no way that anyone is a strong enough psycher to send Uroboros towards earth despite being many millions upon billions of miles away.
I'm thinking that perhaps that thing inside Urboros somehow felt a signal(made by Wise of course) and thats why it headed to Earth, perhaps its attracted to Psi. As for what that egg is and where its from.

Just thought of something. If you start looking at something that moves and you start writing down the way it moves, if it changes slowly its trajectory, you won't notice, because you don't know what trajectory it had before. So you think it's following the same trajectory when it's actually coming closer to you, but not enough for you to worry... until the last change of trajectory is bigger and makes it go right to you, so you won't have enough time to defend against it.
Hope I made that clear enough...

I think the Wise knew about the asteroid being a lifeform. The small meteor in October 2009 was related in some way... maybe an envoy/child of the alien. My main question would be, "What was the alien doing out there, disguised as an asteroid?" Was it watching us? Probably. Or was it in some kind of mating ritual with the Earth and didn't even know we existed? :XD
Another possibility occurred to me as I was thinking of this. Maybe it wasn't an alien. It was said that a long time ago humans had access to psi power but it became sealed off to us somehow. Maybe it was too dangerous so someone sealed away humanities psi power by making it latent. They couldn't seal away the people's abilities that were already awakened though so the asteroid is where the most dangerous psi power was sealed away. The wise sensed the presence of this huge cache of psi power and called it back home.

I'll go with unokpasabaxaki that Miroku wants a new order to the World. There are hints (when acting as Saburou) his thinks this is a dirty world and that it'll be good to "cleanse" it.

I think the timing might have served Miroku a further conviction that he is the "chosen one". It's not like there will be many times like history where Meteor with special properties cross Earth (agrees with plan calculation).

I....like......discussion....forum. Anything can get dished out. :XD

But if "someone" sealed every single human's Psi power wouldn't that implies an external party? Like alien? (Becuase if not, there should be at least one person with power left imtact..... speaking of which would actually make himself a world ruler.)
But I think that is not very executionable. Psi power has more to do with how the brain is "wired" versus a latent "energy store" inside the body that can easily be taken out.

Psyren, chapter 11:
-PSI is dangerous because it overtaxes the brain! Through the process of evolution, a natural limiter was placed that seals one's PSI.
I guess that, due to the genetic diversity and that stuff, there were many people who couldn't use it, and a few people who can. Due to something present in that alien mass, there was some kind of virus or something that alters the brain cells, removing the DNA fragment of the brain limiter. (In other words, drifters' children won't be psychicers xD)

Maybe the dissapearence of Psi powers has something to do with a change in the environment. What I mean is that perhaps once upon a time on Earth Psi was important and needed to survive but as time went on the environment in Earth changed and Psi became useless/harmful. So slowly over many generation Psi became rarer and rarer. Natural Selection I guess.
This egg might have changed everything by spreading something over the earth.

@_@ My head... jeez.
Personally, I think maybe that smaller meteor, the one that showed up, may have been part of the larger one. I think the WISE used it as the "trigger" to call the bigger one. Assuming it's alive and not just some alien chemical substance covering the earth, it's possible to make it react to something. Actually, even if it was some weird alien substance and not alive, it still probably could have been attracted. Just like how normal elements bond with each other and such.
Or I could be completely off, seeing as I've already been proved wrong a number of times in regards to this series XD

to me it looked more like (tavuu lookin) psi program than an alien. a psi program planted by the person who's foot prints are found leading away from the small meteor maybe?! broke a small chunk from uroboros and surfed his way back to earth.
when i saw that egg it reminded me of that tavuu breeding ground/tower dholagi was in(in V2). so it could be a tavuu/psi program.

Maybe Miroku didn't know about the alien matter within the asteroid and just planned on using the impact to cause chaos and help him take over the world. Who could have changed the trajectory though? The most likely candidate of the Wise that we know of is Grana but if he is capable of moving something that huge then Ageha and company is screwed.

I think Miroku is not even human, perhap he is an agent send by the one responsible for sending that egg thing. Miroku just posessed that body to blend in with other people.

Well never say never... It might be an unknown meteor crash was a small prelude and a prepartion to this. Maybe miroku was indeed the first one send out to earth. I think we can't neglect the alien part anymore in psyren

So my theory of Miroku becoming/turning out to be a tentacled aberrant cosmic horror has ever so slightly been given believability? Hot damn!
