What's going to happen to Nagato?

Hey guys,
It's a bit late for this thread, but I was curious to see what were your predictions for Nagato.

Is he gonna get kill or will he survive?

Vote and explain your reason.
In my opinion, all of those options are possible, and it's really hard to only pick one.

He seem pretty sick, but I don't think he would die of Chakra exhaustion, that would be lame, so I think he will be killed.
From all of those that can kill him, I think the only one that would bring something to the story would be if Danzou killed him.

If Neji and co. kill him, it would just feel stupid has Naruto worked his ass to work things out with him.
If Madara kills him, it would feel strange, because he shouldn't be aware of what's going on here (except if Zetsu is observing it all!)

Having Danzou kill him could actually make sense and it could be used in the plot so that Danzou can brag about being the one that killed the enemy.

I think it's the most plausible one, but it certainly isn't the one that I'd prefer.

because Naruto's too pure and good to kill someone, Danzou is too cowardly to come out of his hiding place, and deserters are killed by their superiors.

I think he is gonna die, the question is how. I think nagato is powerful enough to defend himself from madara. He will probably doing w/e he was doing at the end on last chapter...

because Naruto's too pure and good to kill someone, Danzou is too cowardly to come out of his hiding place, and deserters are killed by their superiors.

Yeah, I could totally see it too.
He can appear out of nowhere and kill him for being a traitor.

But, seriously, if we really want Danzou to do his coup d'etat, having him killing Nagato is the only way for him to have something on his side.

Other than that, he did nothing.
Unless it's a power putsch and he will just take Konoha by force (with his little army), in which case, I guess he doesn't need to be given the Hokage title, he can just take it over Tsunade and her follower.

This may be a little bit of a stretch but i see Kabuto/Orochimaru getting involved back into the series. I mean it has been a while since we saw either one of them. And there was some foreshadowing going on when Yamato, Sai and Anko were searching for Kabuto. So i think if Kabuto successfully regenerated Orochimaru then Orochimaru could make an attack on Nagato. And no i don't believe that Kabuto will be able to "control" or "conqueror" Orochimaru's power within him. But with the Rinnegan Orochimaru would definately catapult himself back into the series. Which would definately make the series much more "original" once again, well at least to me anyways.

Well if Kishimoto haden't had Nagato turn into Shenron then i'm pretty sure that in his weakened state he would have been no match for Orochimaru. I mean with all of his bodies "killed" who would protect him, Konan? But there really is no reason to discuss this any further. Orochimaru should just focus on collecting the Dragon Balls and wish for immortality, its a lot more easier.

orochimaru isn't much competition for nagato

evidence:

1: Orochimaru's fight with naruto at the heaven and earth bridge, naruto forced orochimaru to break out some of his best jutsu and pushed him to his limit.

2: even though he got a bit roughed up pain held his own against 6 tailed naruto, where as orochimaru would have probably been killed.
