I'm almost done with the translations for this chapter(minus proofreading and TL check)I just can't get these last few lines.Could someone please help...?

The super popular raffle drawing is going to be such a hit that you can't help but enter!!

The squiggly text in the top half is really hard to read and I'm not sure what half of it means anyway...so any suggestions?

lol It's funny but I dont know how to put it into English nicely...

グランレガン anime is super popular that's why this line is saying that
It's super popular now so that only those people who won the raffle drawing can get to buy (lit: get to buy= get into the place where they sell グランレガン goods.)

Those text is some picked out line from the グランレガン anime.
お前のタイヤで = using your tire
地を転がれ = roll on the ground
地上回転グランレガン = ground rolling グランレガン

My English is not very good so, please put them into some better English.

I also have a suggestion for this line, I hope maguregumo-san doesn't mind...

解凍フォルダーダブルクリック >> "double-click to extract the folder" or "double click the zip folder"
I kind of work in IT, so I see this a lot on my pc. (And I miss an English operating system...)

リミットブレイク >> "Limit break" as in Final Fantasy 7. Maybe because her brother's all sweaty and looks like he's gonna do a limit break..

Just wondering,does the しか in "当たった者しか" refer to the particle しか?

Never having learned JP as a foreign language, I can't directly answer your question on whether it's a particle or not, but the しか here means "only."

Only the people that have won[...]
