Kabuto's goal of killing Naruto and Sasuke doesn't mean shit to the rest of the world. Madara threatens the whole planet, Kabuto threatens two people. See what I'm getting at?

But if madara dies before Kabuto/Oro(returend) the story will not end.
As long as Naruto and sasuke are in danger of being killed by Oro/Kabuto the story will not end.

This is the Naruto show It needs Naruto and Sasuke to be alive to go on.
And rather than world peace Sasuke is Naruto's primary goal.

Yeah a bit late.. That is part of the problem with trying to look things up.

I'd guess that he obtains some ultimate power by using EMS in conjunction with having all the Bijuu collected. Thus the falling out over distribution of them in the first place. That is certainly one area where you could imagine seeing some DBZ influence. They are bound to have some special purpose or use beyond just having them.

It seems like Madara wanted to push Sasuke into getting EMS so presumably he believes that he can steal the power even if someone else does the heavy lifting. I think he leans more towards manipulation. It also seems pretty likely that Madara softened up Itachi prior to the Sasuke fight.

I don't think EMS has to do with the bijuus.

But again why does he needs sasuke for?..the guy can phase thru everything, and teleport almost everywhere, how can you defeat somebody like that?

Remember, in this manga it's always the young surpassing the old so eventually when Sasuke is older he would surpass Madara and his piers. Madara probably knows himself that Sasuke will surpass him one day and be a major threat towards him.

Madara even said Sasuke has a greater potential then Itachi so why not use him for his gain? Madara is the type to sit back and relax while his pawns do all the work. Only when he really needs to take action or slap some bitch up, then he would rise from his throne and start kicking ass.

Also his "real" body can't be in the moon, Madara is Madara and that is his real body. He can make people phase through himself as well as he can stop physical attacks, meaning that his body is physical.

If you look at the second panel, he stopped Suigetsu's sword attack with 1 hand. If that's not his real body and he is able to do that then... he must be superman if apparently he has a real body hidden somewhere. :tem

Between the name Akatsuki, Sharingan, and Eye of the Moon.. I imagine the full moon turning red, becoming a giant sharingan, and being used as a massive genjutsu to mind control anyone who looks at it.

But that would just be another device without a motive.. I don't really understand Madara's motivation. If it were simply revenge he has had ample time to make other major moves, unless he is limited by celestial alignments or some other oddball restriction...

A lot of people, from what I've read anyway, seems to have absolutely hated the fact that Orochimaru re-emerged in some form through Kabuto.

I don't know why this was ever in doubt, but it was always known that Orochimaru was going to play a significant part in this manga and if anyone harbored any misconceptions that he was done in by Sasuke via such pitiful means or finished for good by Itachi, then people aren't really paying attention.

Itachi, as cool a character as he is, wasn't going to be the final undoing of Orochimaru either, but I at least accept the fact that it was Itachi that got the opportunity to deal the finishing blow to the "old Orochimaru" but the fact remains that, in form or another, Orochimaru will be making a return.

My opinion on how utterly adamant the chorus appears to be against Oro making a comeback, despite the fact that he's one of the most amazing villains in the manga with one of the most incredible presences period, is because Orochimaru staying out of the picture serves as some perceived notch in the belt or vindication of Sasuke's power and the supposed omnipotence of the Sharingan that would surely be slapped down in some significant way with a return of Orochimaru and some don't want that because as much as some people claim to hate or be tired of the Sharingan, they can't get enough of the thing and hope it doesn't receive the humbling it so greatly deserves.

It's one of the most important aspects of this manga's story, the Sharingan, but too many use it to discredit the abilities of so many incredible shinobi that never had a sharingan as if there is absolutely no way to beat it and this or that person having it instantly puts them above a shinobi who does not.

because it's not the point of his plan. his plan isn't to kill the kages. it's to send sasuke to kill them. the whole point is that sasuke is the one to do it. i get the feeling that it doesnt really matter whether he succeeds or not, only that he trys it. why? who knows? possibly so that the only person sasuke can turn to once he starts becoming out classed and out numbered is Madara.

Madara is the type of guy who, if there is a mission that ensures success or guarantees defeat he would do it himself. so in actuality, the attempt on the kages lives' isn't imperative to his plan and is possibly just to test sasuke's strength.

As well, I think Madara likes being hidden and doesn't want to be out in the open just yet. If he was to attack the Kage's it would be well known then that he's alive and around up to a bunch of Shenanigans and I don't think he wants to happen. Yep, previews whether or not they are misleading actually depends on the chapters, since there are times they do come true, but still they are fun to read. :tem
I actually always wait to see when Vered posts the previews at NF. But I do think before the Kage summit ends (somewhere between midway towards the end) Sasuke and Naruto will meet, whether or not if Sasuke vs Naruto Part II occurs or not. ;)

I'm a bit doubtful that Danzou will give Naruto training lessons. The guy practically detests Naruto, teaching him personally might something else. He will possibly use his Black-Ops / Root members to train him rather than him personally.

I'm not sure they will be that surprised, considering that both of them knew Naruto was training with the frogs for 2 and a half years. Kakashi was seen talking to Jiraya all the time, so I doubt he doesn't know what sage chakra is. Well maybe since Madara betrayed his village, Danzou hated him for it and they mght have a history. Also, there's no telling who's Sharigan Danzou has, so perhaps Madara doesn't like the idea of people stealing bloodlines.

Slowly I am coming to accept the sharingan carnival that is Naruto. But, I am happy that there are a bunch of interesting new characters to explore. I am impressed with Danzou so far and have pretty high hopes for him. Also, Naruto and Kakashi are back together again so you know we are going to see some good fights. We might also get to see Yamato go all out as well.

They didn't intentionally let Naruto leave the village. They were just sucked into Naruto's Oiroke no jutsu's genjutsu by Kakashi. But yeah, if Danzou learns as to how Naruto escaped Root surveillance, I don't think he's gonna trust anyone, but he's also not going to guard 24/7 by himself. The closest I can think is that he is going to use his own personal genjutsu users (if there is any) to guard him. (That's a big speculation though).

Naruto isn't like Harry Potter. There isn't a perfectly good or bad side. And not all antagonists are on the same side. If anything, everyone and country has their own agenda. No reason for two people trying to gain power necessarily have to work together.

Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura weren't reminiscent of Harry's friends? Naruto wasn't an orphan? Naruto's parents(at least his father) didn't die sacrificing himself for Naruto against the main villian of the story? Naruto doesn't have a memento of that sacrifice(seal vs scar)? Naruto's father figure teacher wasn't killed, leaving the responsibility of taking out the villian to Naruto? I could do this all day. Even Snape playing the bad guy until the end and sacrificing himself to save Draco reminds me of Itachi. Drawing parallels betweens Naruto and Harry Potter is easier than drawing parallels between DBZ, and Kishi was inspired by DBZ when he created Naruto.

And who said anything about being "perfectly" good or bad? I said "anti-hero", which is not the traditional definition of a hero. An anti-hero does what needs to be done by any means, but his intentions are genuine.

Rin's medical capabilities were most probably less than Orochimaru's. And also Rin had most probably never transplanted a Sharingan before, so for her first attempt the procedure went remarkably well. Assuming this is true, the process of transplanting a Sharingan is probably the same as that of a regular eye. Kakashi & Danzou are different people however, & it could be that Obito's eye was a perfect match for Kakashi, whereas if your theory is correct, perhaps the eye received by Danzou was not very compatible... who knows. But regardless of what Danzou said about his eye, his Sharingan seems to work pretty good imo.

My personal opinion is that he stole the eye from one of the murdered Uchiha clansmen. Danzou is in a high enough position to have arranged such a thing in secret, & the transplant process seems simple & quick & most importantly proven to work.

I guess Yamato talks too soemthing related to hyuuga clan [mostly about the past incident with hiashi in that hinata kidnapping scene]..... scene is changed to Sasuke and Zetsu.... Sasuke plans to attack Danzou after the meeting when he will be returning... Zetsu will show him who is Danzou...... Sai couldnt wait and he invited sakura to follow him (decoy of naruto)... and its end with 5shadow apperaing..... so the meeting is starting...

I think that he's mentioning the "automatic sharingan triggering" that Itachi put on Sasuke. When Sasuke sees Madara, his Sharingan will automatically trigger Amaterasu to burn Madara. The point is that when Sasuke sees Danzo, his Sharingan were suddenly on, so he was referring to that.

I think it's possible that Sasuke's sharingan was automatically triggered, but it's also possible that Sasuke is just getting his killerinstinct on and wants to kill Danzo.

Kishi's playing the Sakura is still hooked on Sasuke a bit much. She's pissing me off again, just as I started to like her.

I agree. For some reason, Naruto is partly reminding me of Itachi in the sense that he wants to save his brother / Sasuke, but only going through a different route. Itachi threatened the upper tiers of Konoha, where as Naruto is begging to forgive Sasuke to the upper tiers of different nations (cloud). Even though he is such a powerful person and ninja.

Interesting spoiler, I wouldn't say this chapter will be as awesome as the last few, it doesn't seem like it is so far, but I won't give my final opinion until the whole thing comes out :). As for Naruto seeing the Raikage so soon, I did not expect that it would be that easy and that soon. I thought he would have tried to have been a bit more sneaker and would have had to wait till after the conference or something. Anyway, I guess its ok because it doesn't seem like the first encounter seemed to go anywhere so I'm sure that means there will be another one at some point with more progress.

Well it only seems fitting that they let the Kage Summit take place, this meeting has been kinda hyped now and plot wise we all want to see what they will be talking about and how the kage's will interact, plus Sasuke and Zetsu probably want the info on what happened at the Summit first before attacking. As well Danzou is Sasuke's only target, not everyone else, if he attacks now then he's getting 4 other Kage's involved. And yes, I don't mind giving the Hyuuga comeback either, too much Sharingan lately :p. O, and as for Sasuke activating his, it could be just an emotional reaction he had to seeing Danzou which is why he unleashed his Sharingan.

Yea, I like this analysis. It may also explain the Sharingan activation too. Its like when Naruto got mad, he got the Kyubi eyes because he starts to lose control when he gets really angry. Sasuke going Sharingan could just be a similar reaction to anger as well.

As it is, way too many things make Danzou = Madara seem silly.

If I see Kishi, I will beg at his feet like Naruto did Raikage so that he will level-up the Byakugan. I will promise to not get upset if the level-up happens with only Neiji and not Hinata. So, even if she doesn't use the name 'kage', she is still a person having the same qualities. She is not 'kage', but a kage, no questions asked. It's a meaningless question, kind of like if u ask me how do i know that there r thousands of ninja in amegakure. Answer: common sense!

She isn't a Kage. If she was a Kage then she would be attending the Kage Summit but she isn't no matter how you see it fit. Just because she is a village leader doesn'tmake her a Kage.
