Do the others know about Hisana?

I was just wondering if everyone was listening to byakuya when he was talking to hisana as it appears this way sort of. looking at it now i know only unohana and rukia were listening but

just wondering,has it never been brought up again or clearified with everyone else? oh well.

I think just rukia and unohana were listening, he was like to weak to talk loud and he was explaining rukia and kinda thinking in loud voice
