It also looks like you might not be the best judge of a proofreader's capabilities.

Do you have a test to administer to applicants? Do you have someone to look over and check applicants' prior works? Maybe you might consider asking someone here to help you select a good proofreader?

That might be just as helpful as a few people offering to proofread for you.

Look, I didn't want to sound harsh there, but you should have a system set up to figure out your proofreader's skill level before using them. Otherwise, you might end up with an incomplete proofread or the script may be worse after the proofread than before. There are two options available to you since your translator is fluent in English.

1. You can have her be the primary contact and have her figure out the skill level of applicants.
2. You can ask for help from proofreaders here to figure out the skill level of applicants.

Take some care in selecting a proofreader, don't rush your decisions, and your final product will be much better.
