Anybody know how to type the non-standard kana used for sound effects and vocal noises? In particular I'm looking for あ with dakuten, but if anybody knows how to do that in the Microsoft IME, please let me know.

For example, you can type 'xtu' to get っ and 'vu' to get ヴ. I'm wondering if there's a similar key or some control character to add dakuten to any kana.

you can type あ and then right next to it without any space type ".
like this --> あ”
then move the cursor to under " .
you'll see some choices appear so click on the [全]濁点.
this way you can make any word with 濁点 like あ゛、い゛、え゛、お゛、ア゛ etc... ^_^
