I've been practicing my cleaning for a couple weeks now. I think I did pretty good on the first one. The second one I kind of messed up the line art a little in the first frame but fixing it would be mean redoing the whole frame :notrust. The guys over a M7 have been giving me a few tips and are gonna let me do a couple pages for 'em next release. Anyways, the more pointers I get the better. Thanks!

well, im no expert, but i would say in the first, the speech bubbles are sloppy, as is some of the line-enhancing, especially on the girl in the first panel. of course, this could be how it was in the original, so correct me if im wrong please. i think you did a pretty decent job with the tones, again, im DEFINITELY not the authority, so if anyone else contradicts wat i say, theyre probably right...
on the second, the speech bubbles are much better, which is what made me this it could be a question of the art style in the first. once again, nice job with the tones i thought, especially in the fourth frame with the monster holding the kid(?)'s head, i thought the fade effects in the background were pulled off quite impressively. in the second frame, i think you could enhance the lines in his hair and profile, the rest of his face doesnt need it tho...
also, blacken the blacks on the torches in the first frame

impressive stuff, but yet again, dont necesarily follow anything i say, im a newbie here and could be completely wrong... but i think i lurked enough over the past few days to get a general idea of everything, im working on my own first cleaning job now, and you dont need to know how to do something to know its been done well or not...
but if someone else says im wrong, theyre prolly rite XD
