Hey all,
I've been thinking since Madara mentioned Senju's fire burning within Naruto about the bridge between him and Shodaime-Sama.
My theory is this...
We know for fact that Uzumaki Naruto is the son of Namikaze Minato, Yondaime-Sama.
We know for fact that Tsunade, Godaime-Sama is the granddaughter of Senju Hashirama, Shodaime-Sama.
Something that bothers me is that her surname is never mentioned after her Senju lineage is named.
She's also blonde.
I had a real nice structured post in my head but it seems to have escaped me and if this is a duplicate, feel free to flame.
What y'all think?

So how would Tsunade be related to Minato in your theory?
She can't possibly be his mother... (BTW, there's another thread to discuss that matter)
She isn't his sister...
An aunt?
I don't know...
I also have the feeling that Naruto is a Senju (that would make more sense regarding the «fate» thing that Madara told him about...

See, my problem is that we don't actually know for sure how old she is.
For her to plausibly be naruto's nana she'd only have to be what... 60?
Before the timeskip she was in her fifties, was she not? Naruto said so when complaining about her youth jutsu. My grandmother was 50 when my eldest brother was born.
Could you link me to the topic where the discussion is at so I can join it instead of spamming good ol' MH's interwebs?

If I'm not mistaken, Tsuande is currently 53, as all the Sannin were 50 before the Time Skip.
Minato, if he is the same age as the other Jounin Parents, would be in his 40"s now. If that's true, Tsuande would of had him when she was like 13, which doesn't seem right, as she still a gennin at the time training under Sarturobi, and wasn't seen with Dan until she was in her 20's.

@Nindo: Thanks :) He's basically got the SAME theory as me except I don't have a databook and so I couldn't list statistics. It was the conversation She had with Jiraya plus the conversation Naruto had with Madara that made me piece it together.
@Delbi: At which point is what you're saying confirmed? As far as I know, the only indication of Tsunade's age is when Naruto mentions her using a youth jutsu even though she's in her fifties.

Databook 2 I believe, had Tsuande at 50 in part 1. She'd be 53 now that means.

The theory is impossible, basically. Tsunade is only...ten years or so older than Minato most like. And this probably would've come up when Jiraiya was speaking to tsunade about Minato.

She is 54 now. If Tsunade gave birth to Minato at 18, he would been 36 now. That would make him 6 years older than Kakashi (which may be hard to believe), and would be 19 at Kakashi Gainden.

guys i was born 1974 my mother is 20yrs ahead of me.so when i was 16yrs old she was 36,thats about average.so for a 50yr old it's quite possible to have a 16yr old grandson.who says minato was 10yrs behind jiraiya,i mean he was a kid when he was kakashi's captain.most arranged marriages the bride and groom are usually older teens not adults themselves.not to runon but my grandmother was married at 16 and my grandpa at 19.i think dan is naruto's pappa, lol lol!they use to hide it all the time in the old days in real life, for instance if the whole village didn't know the hokage was married to the biyuu host and had a son.a formal announcement is need to recognize the marriage and joining of the villages.

Tsunade is the grand-daugher of the first Hokage, she is none other than a senju.
Minato most-likely is part of the Namikaze clan and came to Konoha when he was younger in order to become a shinobi,

Tsunade never got married (her lover got killed). Her brother died. Naruto might be Senju, Tsunade is obviously Senju, but if she's Namikaze, I doubt it. Her mother isn't mentioned. Nice theory, but it's really just speculation.
Besides, Hashirama's direct lineage might continue on if he had other grandchildren besides Tsunade and her brother. If not, then Hashirama's direct lineage got dead-ended, hehehehe. :p

maybe tsunade was in waiting when dan was killed, they never explained why she left the village.to me her quick exceptance of naruto seemed like she owed him something.don't get me wrong, she's a caring person but to hand over your grandfather's necklace for a meaningless dare and now always getting special treatment.to me ever since they met she's seemed obligated to him even fight to her death.just remember how this woman was until she met naruto.

That's not entirely true. Naruto's niche in the series is to change everyone. Since the beginning of the series people have said that Naruto has a strange power that makes him change people. Remember how Iruka felt toward Naruto. Sakura and Sasuke thought he was a failure and Naruto has become Sakura's inspiration and Sasuke has accepted him as an equal. Neji was a dick before fighting Naruto in the Chuunin Exams. I don't think I have to mention Gaara's change of character. Hell, the whole village now admires Naruto after he saved their skin during Pein's invasion. Tsunade was simply another person changed. The reason she gave up her necklace so easy was because she lost the bet. Plain and simple. She's that kind of person. Be it Naruto or anything else. She's a gambler. She lost the bet and she was fair.
