I have seen all the tutorial about the cleaning & mostly uses HQ/MQ raw manga to clean. I need help or advice on cleaning LQ raw manga.

Here's the original LQ raw manga.
http://img51.imageshack.us/img51/8704/51569962.th.jpg (http://img51.imageshack.us/i/51569962.jpg/)

and here's where what i did,
http://img199.imageshack.us/img199/402/95440951s.th.png (http://img199.imageshack.us/i/95440951s.png/)

As you can see the Grey circle that i circle on the page - there are grey and white (light and dark color). Is there any way i could make it just dark color (like black must be black and white must be white)?

sorry for complicated question - i dont know how to ask but i hope you understand my question.

weel, that's a quite bad image indeed -.-
anyway I can try to figure something out
ok, first, those are greys, so you mustn't turn it to black, it woul be an error
you have two choises:
1) you redraw all the greys like HQ scanlators do
2) after you clean the image try to make a copy layer from the background(we'll call it "select") and use the dissfuse filter at "anisothropic"
than choose selection/colors (i think it's called this way in the ENG version) and select the withe with 40 tolerance
now invert selection, delete the select layer, make sure all greys are selected(black doesn't matter) and press ctrl+j to create a layer from the selection
apply the action called "greys" from this action set: http://i-lock.deviantart.com/art/Cleaning-manga-speedscan-106843960
now pres ctrl+alt+z to divide the layer and darken the grey part you need to uniform with the burn tool set to "lights"

I know it is bad but I didn't do it propoerly cause i'm in hurry XD
I know it takes really long to explain but I assure you this is quite simple to apply
hope it helped you^^
