Team one should take this. Sasuke with the MS would probably beat Orochimaru handily at this juncture. Naruto with time to prep means Sage Mode

I second that, no summoning means no snakes for oro which he is always using and plays a big role in his fighting ability.
The same goes for Jiraya, who has the 2 most powerful summons of Narutoverse and Tsunade's Katsuyu, that could heal herself and comrades and serves as a shield.

Young bloods would defeat them, even if they were allowed summons.

Put it this way. Sasuke fights Jiraiya, Naruto fights Orochimaru, and Kakashi fights Tsuande. In all three of those cases, the young bloods would win.

Sasuke has too many jutsu that Jiraiya can't counter, not to mention he would hae a hell of a time hurting Sasuke or even getting into Sage Mode. Naruto would outlast Orochimaru with Sage Mode and would constantly force him to throw up bodies until he had none left.

In any event, Jiraiya would probably go down first, which would mean one of the Sannin's is going to get double teamed and raped, which leaves 1 Sannin left, if he/she isn't already defeated, to deal with three of the deadliest ninja in the manga. Yea, Sannins lose, too much recent development for Naruto, Sasuke, and Kakashi for the old school ninja to compete.

Kakashi is a better fighter than Tsuande, and she isn't regenerating shit if he shoves a Chidori through her face, or sends half her body or head to another demension.

Sannins take this... If they have their summons... Jiraiya handles sasuke and they go on 4 sometime, he knows what amaterasu is and would therefore have found a way to counter it in three years, sasuke tsukuyomi is kinda weak so could be broken by jiraiya but in sage mode it's a non-factor(ma and pa giving him chakra constantly)... Susano can be evaded or clones could be used(danzo had time 2 use mokuton)... Oil and other justus of jiraiya can be used 2 counter sasuke until he gets in2 hermit mode and then can outlast him while forcing him 2 use his MS...
Tsunade would outlast kakashi and although we haven't seen her go all out, she should do enough 2 hold on until oro comes after defeating naruto...
Naruto has time 2 prepare and would have some clones ready but oro's justus and shit are just massive, best case scenerio is naruto lasting 15 mins(3 times in sage mode)... Oro would still outperform him and join tsunade 2 finish off kakashi easily...

lol 1 team is made of 3 strong summoners (the strongest 3 actually-except pain) and the other team has non , yet summons are not allowed. also jiraiya is the only 1 we ever saw using jutsus in combo with the summons , except , he cant now .. and dont forget j-man getting into HM requires him to summon frog-elders first .
its like making sasuke+itachi+madara team up but then forbiding sharingan !!
but i believe sannins would take it anyway. well-balanced power but too much difference in experience . it smells like TRAP

at this point,team 7 owns! naruto in 9tails mode would kill jiraiya very quickly,sasuke would do the same on oro and kakashi's kamui kills tsunade.

Team Sasuke wins, obviously. Jiraiya' only chance to be relevant in this fight comes from Sage Mode, and now that he has no summons that means he can't activae Sage Mode and maintain it with the two old toads summoning natural energy for him. Thus, he gets trounced.

This would've been a closer fight were summons allowed (thout Sasuke's team would still win), and Kakashi was replaced with... I dunno... someone closer to Tsunade's level in lethality and fighting style.
