Conditions: The fight takes place in bright noon, in an abandoned village, with a large lake in the middle of town.

Overview: Shikamaru has all the info on Sasuke's current abilities, and relays it to the team, but he has no idea of the abilities of the other three. With the help of Kurenai's team they track Taka into an abandoned village, and when some one throws down a huge smoke bomb, they split within the village and the battle begins

Keep in mind: Ino-Shika-Cho is known for there great team work, and Kurenai's team is great at tracking down nearly anything... but don't forget that Sasuke's team is uber strong as well :0)

Shikamaru's shadows just need to hold him for a few seconds and he can get harshly wounded by Kiba or Chouji or even Shino Sasuke activates Susanoo and proceeds to snipe Team 10 and Team 8. Anyone who can outlast Susnaoo's activation will have to deal with Team Taka. Doesn't matter how smart Shikamaru is, Nothing he can plan can help his side counter Sasuke's speed.

Aside from the fact that Sasuke will be able to see Shikamaru's shadow techniques coming for him, Even if Shikamaru caught him, Sasuke just needs to activate Susanoo to protect himself until either Shikamaru tires out or Team Taka gets him.

People really need to stop putting so much faith in Shikamaru. He's probably the best tactician in the manga, but the only decent combat ninja he has with him are Chouji and Shino, and Chouji would have to use all his pills and die to do anything effective against anyone they are facing.

Shika's intelligence can't get him around everything in the manga. The fact that none of the ninja on Konoha's side even have any ranged jutsu aside from Shino makes them kind of useless. And none of them are even that fast aside from Kiba.

Hinata and Ino are basically fodder and useless at this juncture. And Kurenai, a genjutsu expert, is worth shit in front of Sasuke.

So yea, Sasuke kills most of them in seconds, and Juugo and Suigetsu clean up behind him. Sasuke most likely wouldn't have to use any of his MS jutsu outside of Ameratsu.

Personally, I think any individual member of hawk (except karin) could easily defeat each member of team kurenai and team inishikacho, specially sasuke.

Taka is twice the tracker the other team can ever be. Karin can make up many times with her skill in that particular aspect. Killing suigetsu would prove extraordinarily dificult considering he can take quite some damage without dying. Jugo is a power beast, has access to a number of weapons due to his shapeshifting and also great speed due to that. IMHO he could take kiba and chouji by himself. Sasuke can kill a rookie practically every time he uses shushin. Kurenai is a genjutsu speciallist. She´d be be a natural fodder in front of an uchiha in that aspect. I don´t see team konoha winning this, take seems to have overall more power and better techniques. In a worst case scenario sasuke can use MS and take the lot of them in one go.

I think sasuke alone would own them. he is as strong as a kage,his susanoo can't be dodged by those garbages.and with suigetsu and jugo he wins. maybe akrin dies,this is why I voted that 1 hawk dies.

I'm confused: what is it that Sasuke's done that makes Shikamaru want to call up all his friends and kill him so bad? There's been like 3 "Shikamaru and friends vs. Sasuke" threads. I mean don't get me wrong, I like Shikamaru but... I mean look. You could give Batman 3 weeks worth of prep time to fight Superman, and it wouldn't make a difference unless you give him something that SPECIFICALLY removes Superman's strengths, or takes advantage of his weakness.

Shikamaru doesn't automatically get that for being "really smart", and having fodder helping out. Figure out what Sasuke's kryptonite is, then you get a genuine fight. As of right now though it's another stomp.

Without Sasuke, Shino can beat Sugietsu with ease - his bugs are the ideal counter to the water. Kiba/Choji can probably beat Jugo together, and Karin vs Ino... yeah

The problem in this match is nobody can handle Sasuke and his susanoo. Literally nothing can touch him. Shino's bugs might be able to take out Susanoo, but with Ama too he doesn't stand a chance... There was a post a while ago of Sasuke vs the rookie 11 - Swap Naruto for Sai - and the overall verdect was Sasuke wins. He's far too insane for these guys to handle

I'm not sure Shintenshin would stop Sasuke thanks to Susanoo. Sakura managed to break out of it with shear willpower, and Sasuke broke out of Danzo's paralysis with shear hatred. I don't think he'd have a harder time busting out of Shintenshin than she did, whether Ino's improved or not. You could argue that she controlled Kingaku (or Ginkaku, which ever one it was), but she literally only held the guy for a nanosecond. He would've busted right out like he did with Shikamaru's Kage Mane.

Sasuke stomps. I get that Shikamaru is super smart but that alone wouldn't really make a bit of difference even with five people behind him. Sasuke is a genius as well and he has proven that he doesn't let the little details escape his notice. It's not like he would sit there and let them try to execute a plan in the first place. They'd be eating amaterasu arrows so quick they wouldn't even have time to scream "what the fuck!"
