Oh wait...

Was just reading through the entire manga again to re-formulate a theory which I previously thought would be plausible for the end of the manga and stumbled up this.

Ironic, don't you think?

Yeah it kinda is ironic. Though I think Suigetsu was just making a joke here. Sasuke never was all bees, birds and flowers.

I don't think it will serve much purpose besides bringing more people to Madara and Sasuke's side.

Unless Kishi forgot about it, lmao.

Up until the fights with the 5 Kage, Sasuke never killed people. He fought thousands while training with Oro, but never inflicted any killing blows as I recall. Only when he started to become under the influence of Madara did he start to show real intent to kill. I think Sasuke has a chance at being good and trying to bring peace and stability to the ninja world, in his own way. We just don't see enough internal dialog with him to know for sure what's going on. The mangas not "Sasuke", it's "Naruto" after all.

Killed the kumo shinobi who was tracking hebi/taka after supposedly kidnapping bee.

He was willing to use "that jutsu", most likely Kirin, on Naruto and co.

At this point, Sasuke's past the point of no return. He attacked the kage summit, angering every country. Even if leaf decides to show hospitality to Sasuke, the other 4 countries would be outraged.

The best I can see for Sasuke is his last actions being heroic. IE, Naruto defeats him, and Madara appears and Sasuke uses his last remaining life force to help Naruto defeat Madara. I can not ever see Sasuke becoming a normal shinobi of the leaf ever again.

We were joking about that last year. Sasuke brought peace and unified the ninja villages when he attacked Bee and prompted the ninja summit that led to the alliance. It's just that they peacefully unified to combine their forces to kill him.

With the help of Naruto. Naruto will be what prince zuko was to Aang. In the end he changed the world. Since the beginning the descendants of the older brother didn't get the power they wanted and caused a fight with the the younger brother and his descendants. The same went with Madara he didn't get the position of hokage and caused all this.

The Uchiha clan wanted to over throw the village because they didn't get the power they wanted, the were kept distant from the village. Itachi wanted Sasuke to be the hero of leaf to restore the name of the Uchiha clan. If Naruto and Sasuke face off against Tobi it will sponge off Sasuke's name. Kish could be setting Sasuke off to be the next hokage. He is already the most powerful shinobi since the real Madara and he is 16. Naruto may get a better title as the leader of the alliance.

Wild theory but instead of going through all this trouble to save Sasuke to kill him would be a waist of all theses chapters. NAruto and Sasuke will go down in history.

Heh, I always thought it served the purpose to show how hilarious Suigetsu can be with Sasuke's image, and to reveal to the outside world that Sasuke "killed" Orochimaru. In other words: later on we see Tsunade, Ji-man, Naruto and co. and how they talk about Sasuke killing Oro. I didn't see in this anything more than serving info to others :p

Suigetsu was only stating that to spread Sasuke's "good will" and to make more people side with their cause.
It's not really new "news," because we all know what happened afterwards.

You really think Kishi remembers this?
