I think shibi and shikuro can defeat their "subordinates". inoichi is considered the strognest inoichi,and so is chibi.

That's a big one.
We haven't seen a lot from Shibi, so it's hard to tell...

I think Inoichi might be stronger than Fu, but Torune's technique is so deadly that he might be stronger than Shibi...
I'll have to think a bit more about it before voting.

Hopefully, we will see a bit more of Shibi in the war, and we are most likely going to see Torune again since he returned as a zombie...
