Kuma(Thriller Bark time) vs Diamond Jozu(before he "lost" arm)

Soo now Im curious who would win if Kuma and Jozu fight each other. they both are very fast and both have some serious power. So lets assume taht its fight to death and Kuma cant paw paw Jozu away because he need to kill him(Dragons orders.. :p). I dont know if that paw cannon attacks can go through diamond..Im giving this fight to Jozu :)

The pad cannon don't "break" through things, it goes straigh through it as a X Ray. So he probably can injure Jozu from "the inside". And Jozu seems to not have good defenses (okay, the diamond thing is one of the greatest defenses, but if you can go through it...).

Not sure if a laser can injure Jozu. But I would bet it can't.

Also, how much strong is an attack from Jozu? I doubt he can destroy a pacifista unless he attack several times.

Either way, their attack style is similar, they are quite slow when they are not attacking, and when attacking they just fly. So I bet the fastest one will hit the other... so I vote for Kuma, since he can move at the speed of light.

I think that Jozu have enough strenght(iceberg tossing anyone?) that combined with his haki(we made Admiral and Crocodile bleed.. commanders- Marco,Vista and Ace are confirmed haki users so we can assume that jozu is as well) is enough to take out Pacifista with not so much effort. Diamond man was so fast during the war that Crocodile couldnt evade his attacks and he was keeping up with Aokiji who is Admiral..
And dont paw paw Jozu to sea!!!:darn:p He cant because.. umm... they are fighting in Impel Down on level 6 ;)

Well, it's surely a devastating attack... but it did not kill Crocodile nor Aokiji. So it can't just destroy a Pacifista...

Somehow in this scenario jozu seems like the greater threat. IMO jozu could destroy pacifista with his punches considering the sheer level of strength he has shown so far. Considering jozu's body is made out of diamond, I doubt he'd take significant damage from kuma's bombs and pressure attacks, I think he'd pretty much tank them.

I would change the thread title, there are still people, who don't read the manga and stick to the anime, so it kinda sucks to write "before he lost his arm" in the title.

This is a manga discussion section. People who stick to the anime should simply not risk coming here. In here I should be pretty much able to write anything at all concerning the manga without having to be worried about people being "spoiled" provided I don't mention a chapter released in the past 24 hours.

Also, in this thread kuma does have to fight jozu, he can't just send him flying.

Wonder how jozu's body would react to lazers. Perhaps the diamonds would just refract the light? If that is the case then a very important weapon kuma has won't cause much damage.

For everyone interested diamond is powering up many lasers.. Its not old technology and they experimenting with it but if Jozu is hit by Kumas beam he propaply would be unharmed and light going through him would be even more deadly to environment...
So Kumas beam is probably useless.

Other thing that Zoro was able to avoid pressure paw attacks so why someone as fast and powerful as Jozu cant avoid most of it?

So he can rush to sides ;) You seriously think that someone who fought on par with Admiral wont be able to dodge attacks that supernova is able to???
One new thing- diamond couldnt be damaged by light and magma- diamond turns to carbon in temperature 1700 °C so magma couldnt change its structure. Jozu have one of the best DF out there because 2 of of 3 Admirals probably cant hurt him with their DF powers.

Jozu is stronger.

He has enough strength to break through Kuma's defences. And I'm pretty sure Kuma doesn't have anything that could actually hurt someone like Jozu.

I've got to give it to Kuma. Guy looks fucking ripped so there's no telling how strong he is

+ he has nukes, projectile weaponry and an ability that can end any fight in an instant

Um just a quick correction. Jozu didn't end up loosing his right arm. You can actually see it bandaged up right here (http://www.mangareader.net/103-54923-9/one-piece/chapter-590.html). And i think that Kuma would win hands down.
