This is where you can post and discuss all the spoilers for the next chapter of Reborn!

And remember: NO SPAM, NO FLAME AND NO SPOILERS OUTSIDE THE SPOILER THREADS. Please respect those that don't want to be spoiled. Thanks.

* Please do not post babelfish/google translations.
For the most part they are just confusing and wrong. So feel free to do them for your own benefit, but don't post them here.

* Please do not image tag the complete chapter
It is okay to image tag some pages of the chapter. Keep it at a minimum (3 or so), as soon as you have more: direct link it. The spoiler thread isn't meant to host a scanlation.

You can get the current chapter here.

Well a spoiler thread can be made synoptic.

Take this as an example of a synoptic spoiler post (http://mangahelpers.com/forum/../forums/showpost.php?p=1294290&postcount=2).

All the codes may look confusing but it's a matter of learning but a fast learning andd once you get into it, it'll be an enjoyment for all.

Before reading:
1. all * should be left out, all *** should be filled
2. alt + b adds the bold tags appear automatically

So how do we work?

Step 1:
[*fieldset= ***]

Explanation: this will open a box,. *** can be filled according to what you post: spoiler script, spoiler pics, spoiler script and pics, spoiler translationg,... depending on what you post

Step 2: [*B]Verification[/b]***

Explanation:
***= three main colours red (fake), orange (pending) and green (confirmed)
fill in the second *** with the status: fake, pending or confirmed according to your colour.
[COLOR=red]Advice: mark it pending if you don't know it ;)

Step 3: [*B]Source:[/b] ***

Explanation: *** = add the website, source where you found the spoiler. Don't you have one? or don't you want to share? leave it or use ???

Step 4: [*B]Credits:[/b] ***

Explanation: *** = credit the person who posted it. Don't you know who it is? or don't you want to share it? Leave this step or use ???

Step 5: [/fieldset]

Explanation: this well close the box, you opened with the [fieldset = ***]

All the posted spoilers will be edited (copied and pasted) into this original post. This way we can give a better overview to you.

Wow still not over and ending with "boxing restarted!"...how long is this arc going to last? and its just one battle....were reborn battles ever this long before? - I really hope that is wrong... this fight NEEDS to end!! ~Ghost

EDIT for new dialogue: @Ghostexiled - Well looks like Ryohei's VG is fully charged so hopefully the fight will end by next week

No cover page this chapter btw

Hello! :amuse

I believe that this arc will not get over quickly. I know that this fight is a bit longer than most but look at how long it took Gokudera to fight Gamma. I feel that there is so much about to go on with this arc that in the end every bit of it will fall into place.

I think that this fight is taking longer because it is the first time that the Forest flame has been used along with Ryohei's Vongola gear. I am glad that Ryohei is finally getting show some of his skill and power. I mean he and Lambo have not gotten to do much in the way of fighting in the future or even the Varia arc. I know future Ryohei got to fight but not current day one. He was one of the few in the future that did not get to fight one on one with an enemy.

I must admit that of the Shimon family I rather like Koyo I am glad to see that he gets a chance to show what he can do too. The same can be said of Ryohei who I want to see finally get the spotlight he deserves.

I've noticed that all of the Shimon have modified eyes. Enma's are the most obvious. Kinda look like a Mangekyo Sharingan. They are probably trying to imitate the Vongola Hyper Intuition, or its effects.

This exact unpredictability is what keeps us around, yes? Even despite many disappointments and letdowns. It's fun to speculate, even better that we are seldom right.

The problem is that always happens even when the spoiler isn't fully translated or hasn't translated at all.

It's like it's always like this:
*Spoiler posted*
"OHHHH TIME FOR SOME SPECULATIONS AND PREDICTIONS AND OPINIONS BLAHBLAHBLAH EVEN THOUGH I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE SPOILER MEANS. I'M NOT ALLOWED TO POST IN THE SPOILER THREAD UNLESS THE SPOILER HAS BEEN POSTED, SO ONCE THE SPOILER IS POSTED EVEN THOUGH I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS SINCE IT'S NOT TRANSLATED YET, I'M FREE TO POST WHAT I WANT ABOUT MY OPINION OF THIS ARC LOLOLOL XD XD XDDDDDDDDD"

Yeah, tricking someone into thinking that the spoiler has been translated or there is more spoiler coming because the thread has new post that is not that important sure is fun, eh?

What angers me more is that a full script is out and no-one cares. In other fandoms it would have already been translated and discussed in detail, while all I read here is criticism even before the spoilers are even discussed. I'm sorry if I look bitter. About predictions and speculations: what should we discuss about instead °_°? Shall we talk about Freud and Jung's influence on Amano, lol? °_° *not that I'd dislike it, but.*

bunshindattebayo

About predictions and speculations: what should we discuss about instead °_°?

Well, at least make some speculations and predictions AFTER the spoiler got translated or we got more spoilers.
You know when there is an untranslated spoiler script or pic on Reborn spoiler thread, and then after a couple of hours you see like 10 new posts, and when you enter the thread, the spoiler script is still untranslated and the 10 new posts are just pointless discussion, speculations, and predictions even though the spoiler script hasn't been translated yet. It's upsetting.

And now we're also tricking someone to come to this thread thinking that there is more spoiler or fully translated spoiler because there are new replies even though it's just an argument about how people always post some stupid speculations and predictions before the spoiler got translated.
So I'll stop. I hope no one will make another pointless post about "HEI GAIZ I THINK THIS IS LIKE THIS AND THAT, NOW AND THEN, HERE AND THERE, AND I THINK IT MITE B COOL IF BLAHBLAHBLAH" until the spoiler got translated or we get more spoilers. Man, I really hope Reborn will get a separate Spoiler Pics/Summaries and Spoiler Discussion threads like the One Piece board.
And with that I'm done.

Ok...just a brief summary...

-Koyou is sent flying from Ryohei's hit
-Reborn explains that Koyou's brain and eyes overheated due to the huge amount of data entering his head
-Koyo gets up again with a stomach wound that normal people would be knocked out with. Ryohei realizes he has to use a 100% charged punch to defeat Koyou
-Its a battle between Ryohei's body's limit (how many killerspot attack he can withstand) and Koyou's time limit (how long before he overheats too much)
-Freshly determined, Koyou regains his form. Ryohei's left wrist gets broken then his right leg then his collar bone and other bones gets broken. 90% charged
-Koyou claims that Ryohei's whole body is a killer spot and deals a final blow to Ryohei's head
-Ryohei's knees give way and he slumps against Koyou's body
-Koyou asks "How's this Ryohei!"
-Ryohei says "C...caught you!"
-Vongola gear fully charged!
Ends

Ouch! I bet Ryohei will be out of commission for awhile...

Jesus Christ...just when I thought Ryohei couldn't get any more crippled without losing...I can't even imagine how he must look like by the end of the chapter...probably like a living rag of flesh and blood...Poor Ryohei...

Though this sound unlikely, I am hoping and thinking that Yamamoto should be next, I don't think is based on Varia arc rather it was based on the time when shimon famiglia guarded Tsuna, which was Koyo, than Mizuno, and than Shitt. P.

Hello! :amuse

I have been thinking about what Ryohei's gear might do at 100%. I wonder if it will heal him like his ten year later self did when Gamma attacked him. I was then thinking about Ryohei's body in that his body can absorb in a way the way something that hits it. I was thinking back to when Colonnello shot him with his rifle during his training for the Varia fight. After he was shot he was able to duplicate the same hit with his fist as the rifle had. Now I wonder if he has somehow absorbed all the blows that Koyo has hit him with and can now hit Koyo back with as much power as he has been hit with.

I think that it would be interesting if the order of fight went in the same order as the guarding of Tsuna because then somehow Yamamoto would have to somehow fight soon. I just want Yamamoto back and somewhat whole. ;)

It's nice to see that this fight is not one-sided. Even though there's a winner, he will not be able to act after this battle. The funny thing is that Ryohei only needs 3 hit to take him down. This is so extreme!!

AmberRei
September 23, 2010, 04:41 AM
The summary reinforces my idea that in the end Tsuna will be alone. Ryohei won't be able to be with them if he's been wounded so bad as it seems-a lot of bones have been broken. I honestly hope there is a Vongola medical team on one of the ships, or, as some of you theorized, a side-effect of the gear is some good, powerful healing. We'll see... The battle, read as a whole, is not half bad. Reading Reborn week by week, it can be frustrating waiting for the plot to advance though. Especially if there are so many things introduced. Whose pride will be crushed? Will it be decided battle-by-battle or at the end? I'm eager to see how things will play out.

too bad for tsuna, he will do smash and grab chrome, the double blind game by shimon, my prediction for ryohei 100% = power smash, the game i play in kongregate website is call homerun in berserk land.

I really hope Ryohei will not win.
Else i can only imagine that the outcome of the battles will be the exact same as with the Varia Arc = /

What i can however also imagine is that one of the fights will end in a draw =o

Yeah, he really looks like crap by the end of the chapter. My only hope is that is gear gives him insane healing abilities once he hits full power and all of his injuries at least get a little better because right now.... hitting would be a tough feat.

Btw chapter is in middle of typesetting. ETA whenever it is done.

The summary reinforces my idea that in the end Tsuna will be alone.

Why does this remind me of Sailor Moon season 1 finale? *shot*

I can't be sure without seeing the picture, but it could be significant that the spoilers mentioned that Ryohei's knees gave way, since the one who first falls to their knees loses their pride and hence the fight. This will be like Yuyu Hakusho's battle between Kurama and Karasu where Kurama kills(since that was from an era when shonens were bloodier) his opponent but loses due to a technicality.

I'm really disapointed with the current direction of this arc.
The fights are just ridiculous and without tension. Powers are ridiculous (not even ridiculously powerful but just plain ridiculous).
The way the story is made up so that once again they will have to fight their way up to somewhere by fighting one by one ...
Fights by themselves are not intersting if there is no powerful story backing them up. So far the sotry has potential but it's not even developed yet and we are already at the usual donjon type : "fight 1v1 to progress to the next fight"
Come on Amano-sensei...You did such a good job up until now. Are you out of ideas? :s

I think change of editor has kinda dropped the quality of the series. It's as if this editor wants to drown the manga (God! Where can i get one of those drown editors for kishimoto?)
It's just the latest chapters don't feel very Amano-like... I just hope this and the anime ending doesn't mean Weekly Shonen Jump! conspiration theory against Reborn!
It's as if series is getting a nonsense consecutive line of power-ups. We had the new rings, they hadn't been tested, and now the Vongola Gear. We saw some functions of Ryohei's Vongola Gear in the last chapter and now it's all shown, the 100% of its power. The Amano i knew always had some tricky things hidden about everyone's abilities. As when Tsuna learnt the X-Burner, we saw it was unstable, it could be more powerful. We saw him using Nuts Modo difensa, we all knew that "Difensa" meant he had an "Ataco" mode then, end of the arc, Amano showed it to us.
May be I was just expecting Ryohei to defeat Aoba with that last week's attack and had reserved the 100% for another moment.
PS: bunshindattebayo and now you too Slashout, it's good to see those first members of the Reborn! section again ^^ I remember back then with kirimi, koenosaki, ImpelDawn, Obxist, etc... The KHR! regular members may have changed but i hope we who remain still carry that Dying Will xD

well even if I'm alone in saying this, i kind of like the fight because we've never had one like this before. i mean rhyohei is a boxer yet for some reason he's never had a fight against another boxer, so having just a match based entirely around boxing is rather interesting. personally can't wait to see what his gear does at 100%.

We don't even know yet if it heals him when he gets 100% so don't make assumptions like that bro this is exactly what ghostexiled is sayin

I think im pretty alone on this but i kinda like how this fight has been going
i mean in Reborn we don't see intense, brutal, fist fights like this
so i'm happy that we have at least one fight like this although i do hope we see some more Amano-like fights

Well, I'm part of the few people who's enjoying the fight.

I mean, in a boxing match, you can't really take your time to develop super effective strategy. You only have an instant to make your moves and a decision, and this is exactly what Ryohei did. He knew his weakness and strength and adapt his body according to it.

He moved a way so that even if Koyo punches him, he wouldn't be that hurt. Even when he learned about Aoba eyes, he knew the weakness he would suffer, and immediatly strike. For me, Ryohei as been battling like a true boxer would've, without beeing arrogant or anything else. He respected Koyo during all the battle, and this is where is pride is.

This is only the start of the arc, in my opinion. We've only see one fight, and if you read all the chapters of this fight, I'm sure your assumption will be different. I'm 10000000% sure that Amano-Sensei knows where she's going and that everything is going the way she decide.

Of course everything can't be perfect in an arc, but this fight, the way it is drawn, the way it as been a room to develop a character is superb. We got the chance to learn a lot about Aoba just in this fight.

Anyway, for me, the arc is really good and I'm enjoying it :D :)

I guess it's because I used to be a huge boxing fan that I'm enjoying this fight. It's nothing overdone like the previous fights and there's no ridiculous overpowerness that makes me dislike one side. I also think people forgot the attribute of the Sun Guardian:

"Destroying the misfortune that attacks the family with their own body, they become the sun that brightly shines upon an area."

That description is perfect to explain why the Sun Bangle is the way it is. Ryohei has always used his body (remember his Maximum Cannon used to hurt him A LOT before he mastered it), as a powerful so the bangle fits fine. Also the fact that the sun guardian is fighting first will open up hope that it is possible that they can win, especially since Tsuna had doubts when Vindinece (spelling) appeared. Ryohei is fully fulfilling his role with this fight, and honestly, one of the better ones due to it simpleness.

Gotta say.. I am not fond of this "hit me so I can charge" it is too suicidal, a very bad way of power gauge he should at least charge while hitting, not just getting hit!

Reminds me of KOF or other fighting games, ho!

I do not remember "being hit so you can hit" a good boxing strategy, there is something called footwork.

It wasn't really violent.... at least for me, once you've read berserk where they raid a village of innocent people kill the men and children, rape the women, kill the women, and then attach there naked bodies to spears and use them as weapons, nothing less than that really bothers you anymore

You and I share the EXACT mind set about this arc and battle. I feel "Bleached" over how this series has changed over to a no none sense battle of ping pong.

Oh and we are left with ANOTHER power up cliff hanger... not amused. :oh

I'm actually really enjoying this fight. Definitely better than anything in the latter half of the Future Saga that's for sure. I dislike how it's just upgrade after upgrade, but oh well... at least Ryohei's getting a proper fight (last one being against Lussuria). I just hope that the other fights won't follow the same format.

No one is trying to take away your or anyone else's enjoyment of the arc... I with few others don't like how "meh" the fight and story is since after the Choice battle.

Also, with Ryohei using the same power in this fight... also did not help.

Well it's Ryohei. Out of every other guardian his fights are always "get beat up while analyzing your opponent and the situation, determine their weakness(es), turn the fight around and win with one big move." If anything he's still following his masters teachings. Now to some of you, those types of fight are boring depending on how they are played out.
And this is only the first fight. If were going to compare this to the Varia arc, then we should be expecting some major fights and happenings later on. Even if it doesn't end up like the Varia arc(which I honestly hope it wont but, instead be something different but same or better otherwise) we should see something happening that we were not expecting at all. I'm hoping that along with the Earth Flames we get Space flames as well.

I know ghostExiled has already said this but when i read the chapter i was like "ghostExiled is so going to hate this chapter".

I think the fight's going to end next week, since chapter 308 is most likely to be the last chapter in volume 32. I don't mind each chapter of Ryohei's fight ending with a cliffhanger of " i'm gonna pawn your ass with this new uber hyper omega duper huper powerful move." Since its just the first fight and since Ryohei isn't always in the limelight. I'm hoping that the rest of the fights doesn't follow this format though.

It's strange to see Ryohei using this new strategy of his , Ryohei have been using techniques that put his body at risk for quite some time. But using hits to charge up flames really link with the mission of the sun guardian is kinda different especially when Ryohei can't put up a flame shield. The fight against Aoba makes this strategy shine and this strategy of Ryohei's really suit a boxer. But if Ryohei meets someone who coats his/her attacks with dying will flame, Ryohei's strategy is pretty much worthless . And i wonder why Ryohei didn't use his maximum attacks in this fight, maybe Amano knew that Aoba would know of Ryohei's attacks and didn't draw it out since many people hated Byakuran's ability. Maybe Amano thought of this and will fix these 'problems' in Ryohei's next battle

To be honest I'm a little annoyed at him not using any of the moves in his repertoire. I really don't want Reborn! to turn into one of "those" manga in which characters have attacks which they never use again. Speaking of which, when was the last time Gokudera used his dynamite..?

To be honest, I rather have them not use their older attacks again than repetitively use them throughout the entire series.

I mean, an attack can only do so much when your opponents already knows everything about you. I like how Reborn is smart to come up with new techniques every arc because not only does it make more sense, it keeps it more interesting.

You can only have an attack do so much before your opponent reads it and figures out how to counter it. (example: See Tsuna vs. Mosca fight, they found the weakness to his Zero Point Breakthrough: Custom)

Now I wouldn't mind older attacks coming back if they're spiced up and combined with other moves.

As for the chapter itself. This is the longest battle Ryohei has ever endured and I am happy for him.

And honestly, IMO, if people are going to start shouting "Varia Arc alike" then it just means they're setting themselves up for disappointment before the chapters even come out. I don't see how Ryohei being first and being one vs. one is a Varia alike. The opponent is different, the moves are different, the surroundings, situation and goals are different. They may be similar, but what can you expect from a one vs one battle? It's going to be similar no matter what the setup is.

TYL!Ryohei vs. that snake guy was one vs. one as well. The format was also similar, yet I see no one yelling Varia arc about it to me.

If I have to shout anything, I say this is more similar to the Melone Base arc, since they're raiding the enemy hideout, not battling on their own turf and meeting up with "random" opponents before getting to move on deeper into the enemy base.

And Sure, the battle is long, but it's not as long compared to Tsuna vs. Xanxus fight. Or other shounen manga fights that happen to drag out for 100 chapters or so.

Aoba looked as if he was about to cry when Reborn said "...is one he can't lose" (page 5). Okay, he might be just grimacing...

Rather than the fight itself these two points were nagging me: Aoba began a fight before the sixth day, and none of the other Simon are present.

To make sense of that, here's a speculation: Aoba probably came on his own accord without telling the others. As opposed to quirky Shitoppi-chan, semi-leader Adelheid, gentle Large/Rauji etc., Aoba is the village idiot. Although he refers to himself as an idiot, I'm pretty sure he wants to be more than that. So what better way to defeat the Vongola Sun Guardian without waiting for his Simon ring to fully power up?

As I stated in this post (http://mangahelpers.com/forum/showpost.php?p=2049702&postcount=1), Aoba flaunts the flaws of others. There were complaints about Aoba being arrogant in this battle, but I think he has good reason: in most cases people put down others because they lack self-esteem of their own. He seems pretty confident but apart from fights, what else can he do? Being labelled an idiot isn't a trait one would feel proud of either.

By fighting Ryohei at this time, Aoba wants to prove to the others that he may not be the brightest lightbulb but that doesn't matter. If he defeats Ryohei (which seems unlikely at this point), he will have something to be proud of when he returns to HQ. He defeated one of the inheritors of Vongola. That's pretty cool.

For this Ryohei vs. Aoba fight, that's probably the motivation and drive of the Forest Flame user. He wants acknowledgement within his family so he can't lose.

Like I said. The way it plays out is what makes the difference here; because this is a story-told fight and not an actual; televised; etc. type of fight. The way it's put together is different. I can understand you not liking it; that's your own opinion after all. But also consider the fact, that, at the same time its a build-up for the rest of the story. I mean were only beginning to understand the Vongola Gears vs. Vongola Rings, and at the same time, The Earth Flames plus the Shimon Members fighting styles and abilities. Think back to the Varia Arc. We already had an Idea of what they were capable of. They were Top-Class Assassins of the Vongola Family and we saw from Squalo just how good they could be. And we were Given the Information That Squalo was a Swordsman. This Arc is like that, but even more complicated. They came out as friendly(maybe not Adelheid and Julie(who was creepy)) and it was unexpected; just like how Tsuna was surprised to find out that Vongola Family members were the ones attacking him during the Varia Arc. But then something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT happens this time around. A new fighting concept came into play just like with the Future arc. Both abilities and flames were FORCED to change drastically. So how can we expect Ryohei to just go with the flow fighting in a completely new manner? You See what I'm Saying?

Flame coated or non flame coated attacks as long as it damage, ryohei will absorbed or at least his bangle. he can convert tsuna's burning axle but he probably dead or unconscious by the time it hits except if it only grace him.

I can only hope that the Story brings more to it than that.

Edit: Other Than That. I'd have to say that the Cervello, who Also Appeared in the future, are the ones behind this whole Shimon business...Just like with Xanxus and Bykuran. I mean they did infiltrate the Vongola and in the future Irie showed us that they were capable of communicating with the past(where they gave Irie(of the past) Something without him knowing to awaken the Byakuran of the past) when explaining Byakuran's powers to Tsuna and Co. So They are, no doubt in my mind, The Brains(like their name means in Italian) behind this whole operation.

We're exactly sure what counts as a hit. In the first chapter(of this fight) Ryohei got grazed by the forest flame but it doesn't consider as a hit. When his bangle gained 2 flame charges, Ryohei clearly took more then 2 hits. So getting slashed by a swordsman may or may not gain a flame charge.

I don't see how Ryohei is going to fight users like XX/Gokudera with just his VG skills.

The fight seems to be quite good...

First of all, many seem to forget that the Ryohei that is fighting Aoba now is the feisty, extreme teenage Ryohei and not the collected TYL Ryohei... and that would possibly mean that he has not been that mature in terms of fighting. That Ryohei did not all the experience that the TYL Ryohei would have experienced.

Second, boxing is such a physical sport. Even though they have flames and gears, one cannot ignore that boxing is still the main thing in their fight. So, it's a little expected that there would be more punching with flame use... not flame use with punches...

Third, the fight would have been ridiculous if Amano would have them use strategies. Considering their attitudes and character, thinking of elaborate schemes would really make them ridiculous.

I'm really disapointed with the current direction of this arc.
I actually disagree with you and I think the arc is going on right direction. When this arc began I kinda thought it was stupid and boring and it's going back to stupid daily stuff. Then introducing 7 new character I getting less interested; in my head this is so predictable these new character will be enemy. Once it reach to the part in the roof when both family meet and the introduction to the inheritance arc and other family will be coming I was like wtf so Shimon is not enemy; are they all joining alliance and fighting another mafia family in the dark? Then Giegue get attack by unknown enemy with a new flame I was like holy crap new flame mean I was right for a while because I and many of people got scammed by Amano to make us think that by making Shimon help protect Vongola we dont expect them to be culprit. After that the 5 shocking thing occur in this arc that made my less interest to very interest: Yamamoto instant death, Enma Pour Sin to release his overwhelming power, Vongola Ring breaks easily, Enma single handed defeat Tsuna and family, and the revival of Vongola Rings to Vongola Gears.

The fights are just ridiculous and without tension. Powers are ridiculous (not even ridiculously powerful but just plain ridiculous).

There is nothing wrong with the fights which we are still just in the first battle; Sorry to Ryohei fanboys but it's just that his character is too boring and his skill set is not interesting. Not only the skill set but Ryohei new weapon design looks like megaman without a body armor; seriously need to ditch the Gloves and Head protector. Never even seen much of First Generation Sun Gaurdian Knuckle but he more inteseting then Ryohei thats for sure. If only Amano have created Ryohei to become like Kenichi in History's Strongest Disciple his character would be so much better.

The way the story is made up so that once again they will have to fight their way up to somewhere by fighting one by one?
I dont get most of you people; you guys complain about how the future arc is too rush and during the choice battle it was short because it not 1v1 and wish that Amano will go back to how the Varia Arc is like. Now that Amano has finally go back to 1v1 you guys complain again omg the story is rush and its following the same order as Varia Arc where Ryohei vs Lussuria and Ryohei will win :facepalm.

Fights by themselves are not intersting if there is no powerful story backing them up. So far the sotry has potential but it's not even developed yet and we are already at the usual donjon type : "fight 1v1 to progress to the next fight"

Come on Amano-sensei...You did such a good job up until now. Are you out of ideas
A fight doesn't necessary need powerful story to back it; a story are only there to be told but a fight is not. A fight is for people to examine your strength and if the character with newer power ups can exceed their potential to a higher level. It can go both ways: You defeating the opponent or the opponent defeating you; To me Character Development is more important than Story. As a Manga reader who reads a lot of manga the reason people continue to support the series is due to the characters in that series. Dont get me wrong I'm not saying your theory is wrong it's just that if a series does not have a character in it then what story is there to be told if you know what I mean? ;) Once we are out of this Ryohei vs Koyo foolish fight everyone will start liking this arc again because like I stated people favor the other character more then Ryohei. I can't wait for Gokudera vs Shitt.P

Do not misunderstand me, these new powers/attributes/tools look more interesting than what we had in the future arc. But yeah, it would have been better if they both got slightly to a maximum instead of going for those alternate heavy punches on each other which falsely look like an ultimate killer

Then again, being a "devil's" advocate. We are watching a boxing match. It was all about not touching the ground with your knee. A boxing match isn't always one sided and sometimes the ultimate winner is hard to choose. Maybe the mangaka wanted to draw this out as a very close call boxing match.

Let's see if something similar happens in the next fight.

Yes it was, this is the first (and probably last time during this Arc taking in consideration how much Amano has focused in it during the past chapters) time we see Ryohei's Vongola Gear of the Sun in action, those false killer moves served to show us what is this new power-up capable of, how does it works and (of course) it's draw-backs. It also served to reassert just how powerful of a foe the SHimon are, that even if Tusna and Co. have the power-up of the Vongola Gear that doesn't necesarily mean they can win, and just how much of a threat the Shimon represent since this is not even half of the power they will achieve after 7 days.

yeah i gotta say i'd rather they just explain how the gear works all at once to get it out the way. i imagine it will be like that for the other fights which is fine by me since i'd rather know most of the tricks right away.

During Future Arc, when the manga was reduced and more elaborated in anime, people complained. Now, as Simon Arc was elaborated more in manga, people complained. That's why Amano shouldn't take fans' opinions to heart.

I predict in next chapter Ryohei will be somehow healed by his Sun Bangle, and now I mean it, he has to be healed at least enough to be able to perform that final attack. Seriously, the guy can't even stand on his feet, no matter how strong his next attack may be if he can't pull it then it's not use. It's like trying to fire a gun with a broken hand.

Maybe he just got to heal several parts of his broken bones? Amano sensei will never bring a seriously injured character back to the rest of the battles, if the character gets his/her limelight already.
Personally, I think that he just needs to recover his right arm and both legs. The rest could be healed later, maybe back to the boat and hinder Tsuna's advance. The 7-days timeline wasn't created for nothing, right?
Actually, we do not need Ryohei to heal. He could deliver a fatal blow on Aoba now since they are so close now. Ryohei is holding onto Aoba using his left hand, and his master arm is his right. He could deliver a fatal blow, knock out Aoba, and show Tsuna and co. the full power of Ryohei's bangle. Much like a charged-and-OHKO attack. Surely everyone played MVC and know what I mean, right?

i'm guessing ryohei is going to get a temporary heal to perform his shoryuken or whatever it is he's gonna use and then once the fights done he's gonna be pretty much a vegetable and useless for next battles
i don't know maybe i just don't want him to get randomly fully healed lool but that's probably what's gonna happen T.T
