What if Edo Tensei zombie fights against other Edo Tensei zombie?

I was just wondering what would happen if zombie will fight another zombie? Cuz they described jutsu as almost invincible only with sacrifice to death god. But what if just to oppose this jutsu with the same jutsu?

Well we must consider the context of the jutsu. The most important is that it is so rare because of its dark nature that only one man used it during a given period of time. So zombie vs. zombie is highly unlikely because they are summoned by the same master.

If the master would die though they would probably notice during the fight that it is useless, or try to seal the soul, immobilize the body. I think they wouldn't even fight each other at all.

Like if zombie Nagato confronts other zombies he can easily win right? he can summon Gedo Mazo and then suck their souls with dragon.

He could still pull souls out with his bare hands though which is enough of an advantage.

I mean: what woyld happen to zombie, IF a summoner dies? We know: the zombie.. "lives" on. For example: zombie has his mind of its own like Kabuto did with eg. DeiDei-chan. That DeiDei-chan zombie was supposed to kill someone. Summoner dies while zombie is doing its "job". Now begins the real question: zombie probably does its "programmed" job nonetheless, BUT when its doen does it mean it that jutsu deactivates, OR zombie lives as immortal for the rest of his life and thanking "god" that he was killed, than resurrected through ET and his/her summoner died? :p Now, for that I would like to have an answer :p

the whole "totally indestructible unless soul ripped out" clause is just a stupid move imo.

I started this thread because it is oviuos that with Ed zombies alliance has no chances - if somebody tries to seal their souls he cant seal all the zombies right? plus this person has to sacrifice his life and soul. As far as i know there is not so many ninjas able to do The dead demon seal - from all aliance i suggest now only Tsunade and kakshi knows this seal.
I beleive manga cant go as good guys ressurected and becoming bad guys. I beleive somehow Itachi and Nagato and some other positive characters will get rid of the control of ET and help Alliance!

uh it would be something of an eternal stalemate. The skill level of the zombie wouldn't matter since they'd be immortal and instantly regenerate any damage they take. Unless one of the ninjas has a tech to seal the other away, then yeah, endless fighting

Since it requires a sacrifice to begin with, I won't be surprised if it requires new sacrifices to keep a zombie for a long time.

Either way, if Kabuto dies, that would mean that the Kages, Jinchurikis and almost all famous ninjas would be against Tobi, don't?

Edo-Tensei bodies to regenerate limbs but what about chakra ways? the Byakugan has acces to disable these connections so does naruto his rasen shuriken and sasuke his lightning attacks.
Immobilizing Edo-Tensei bodies is also a option there seems to be atleast 1 or 2 lava element users who can immobilize by pouring lava on them, this will not allow momentum or space to perform jutsu.
Mizukage can melt their bodies like she did with sasuke his sussano which is even stronger then gaara his ultimate defence sand.
these are only the known ways to defeat edo-tensei (and feasible), I reckon kishi will think of alot more and make them alot less indistructible as given credit for.

I think the answer is pretty clear...the zombies cannot be defeated even if the user dies...that means even after the program finishes execution, they would still be free while roaming Narutoverse forever or until they are stopped. To stay ontopic here...I think what Eprst suggested is pretty clear and it puts Nagato and perhaps Itachi in the most advantageous position if they would ever face another zombie...they have sealing techs that allow them to win, but for the other ones, I think they would just stop fighting as they would realize it's useless or just immobilize the body and go home.

I think it was Rikudo King who suggested this...if the Alliance has the knowledge to seal Bijuus, or in that case possessing sealing jutsu of that level, I'm sure the Alliance could use similar techs to seal the souls...

I honestly don't even think it matters, considering Madara now has the Hungry Ghost ability. Remember? The one that steals souls? Combine that with his space-time ninjutsu and you've got a near-unbeatable combo. All he has to do is avoid losing his arm (which seems to happen a lot) and he'll be fine against Edo Tensei'd people, or almost any other ninja for that matter. As long as the Edo Tensei'd people don't rely on their immortality, we might get a good fight.

Anyway, as for the thread topic, I guess whoever is the better ninja would just keep blasting the other into dust forever xD

nagato will be the key.but not at the begin.initially he will fight against the alliance and with six ninja corpses he will create the six pains.this idea came into my mind because of sasori using half dead shinobis instead of his puppets(probably can't use them because he don't have the scrolls to summon them) but at a certain point pain will realize that he is in the middle of something which he hate most=war and remembering naruto's words he will return a good guy again and probably will rip out some souls of ET zombies.
