I'm at a loss on how nobody else in Sleeping Forest knew what happened to Gazelle. A fight in downtown Tokyo and no other gravity children saw a video or something. Also why didn't Kaito tell Kiric what happened when they met right before Kiric eliminated OSF?

This doesn't look like a very fullfilling chapter, hope the dialogue reveals more. I hate hoe o!g isn't really showing the intricacies of this fight, its all set up and then just goin straight to the result of the attacks. I want to see how the attack is working, the art is looking awesome but it seems...lacking.
Lots of pictures of gazelles naked butt though, can't complain about that.
I wonder if the mech kaitos got now is built to be a gravity child killer.

Well honestly both Sora and Nike were wearing hoodies so you can't see their faces but that isn't really an excuse, is it...
Anyway, nice chapter, we once again confirm that Sora was an asshole from Day 1 as was Nike. I liked the look on Nike's face when Gazelle hit him. Classic.

Not really I mean how many kids can float in midair and throw wind at people, especially 10 years ago.

Well I dont think were missing out on much, its kind of expected that Gazzelle wont win.
Agility wise the twins cant match her flexibility especially with the regalia shes going to hit them more than they can hit her.
Nike being the beast he is even at that age gets in close to tank her thorns but more importantly holds her in place.
Sora finally shows himself to do varitaion of the wind/pile tornado at the stationary Gazzelle - Its what Ikki and Kazu did against Sora and Rika in the Inorganic Net battle actually.
Cant read they're saying but I wonder if Nike is asking Sora why'de he have to hit him too (Like Kazu lol).

I agree but for me o!g had always been really good at drawing fight coreography. He's missing out on some good opportunity. Don't misinterpret though, Im enjoying this flashback, I want more minami info for sure.

there's a chance that this part in the story was before sora and kiric met up and formed sf... it was sora that named the team, so him having leaflets like that with sf's motto and team name shouldn't be surprising. i'm pretty sure kiric would have intervened if he was actually in the area again (he is living in hokkaido with simca before joining sora in sf). a-ts aren't that widespread yet, and it is also currently winter... the weather was warmer (raining on the day kiric and sora meet at the tower) so sf being formed could have been in the following weeks/months after all of this with gazelle.
also, which trick was it that sora just used against gazelle? something like that he didn't seem to use later when he was older (that we've actually seen in the manga), unless its an uber variant of that air crushing technique? the one where they put their hands together and it creates a bubble that repels/crushes everything? if you don't know what i'm talking about, its the one nike uses when he first reveals himself in stealing bagram and fights off agito and rune, or when ikki uses it in the inorganic net match that took down rika, sora (and kazu since he was nearby)...
i just noticed something about gazelle's thorn regalia... it looks like the thorns were wrapped around her leg just like how that arabian chick that was trying to protect rika were... gazelle was wearing leg warmers and when the thorns came out, you see black stuff being 'ripped' off and in proceeding images that you can see of her legs, the fabric are form fitting instead of baggy like they were before.
i'm also very glad that nike was not good enough to actually beat gazelle (on his own)... it helps keep to earlier grounded 'statements' of how new sf described pre-gem king nike as a 'not king level' rider. on the other side of this chapter, is the mecha kaito is piloting going to be controlling itself for the most part? or is kaito in control and he magically knows how to use it? either that or mechas nowadays are so easy to use that no instructions are needed?

Wow a 14 page chapter. It's been a year since Air Gear has been interesting and lengthy chapters.

chapter was pretty short indeed...
as expected sora came in to help nike, kaito got onto the mecha and is likely on his way to rescue gazelle, and more from Minami...
a transition chapter, but par for the course, i guess...

from what everyone is saying in this chapter and gazelle's distinctly different eyes, it might be true that she was a grav kid that underwent the brain charger process... this could have potentially made her superior to the other grav kids of her generation (as far as whatever testing and stats the scientists put the kids through). obviously even the sora twins can win by working together and playing underhanded (once again, a cheap shot trumps a stronger rider - last one we saw was when aeon bashed in alexander's head... i don't count onigiri since he has yet to 'finish off' or effectively restrain nike).
with all the other fights going on in other series, i'm glad we have more fights in ag that have the occasional 'smart thinking' or 'cheap shot' that actually turns the tide of the battle. other series (like naruto) use it far more sparingly and when something goes down a certain way, readers are conflicted in thinking that either it was bad writing on the author's part or praise from the reader that something somewhat possibe and logical had just happened (like exploiting known weaknesses)

only thing that has not great in AG lately , is the fight of ikki[waaay too loong] and the delay of the new regalia.
