Only one chapters out and it's pretty much a prologue. ESP and early teens are involved. Since it's Kitoh Mohiro most of them will probably die.

Chapter two and three are out. This is clearly going to be a typically evil Kitoh project. Issha is a perfect sociopath: blandly evil, egocentric, emotionless, unwilling to dirty his own hands, enthusiastically manipulating Hibino. The story still has not fully developed, it seems to be building towards major happenings.
