Who is your favourite central character?

Kenichi has a huge cast of characters, and 30 being the poll limit, I've had to split the poll into 3. So this one is for central characters, but also includes other random characters such as Kenichi's parents.

So who is your favourite, and why? :D

I vote Ukita.

1) because I know he won't get any other votes otherwise
2) because he tends to fade into the background or serve as cannonfodder in battle (with one notable and awesome exception, I know)
3) because he's one of the very few main characters not blessed with nigh-superhuman martial arts ability, but still does his best to contribute

My second pick would be Siegfried though >>

As much as I like the other characters in this series, I have to go with Kenichi. His growth has been amazing to watch. He went from a weak, pathetic push-over to a certified badass. And even after gaining great power, he hasn't been corrupted and sticks to his morals. I look forward to seeing more personal growth from him and lots more epic fights.

Gah, too many to pick from when you like them all.

Anyway, I picked Niijima. He started off as a bit of an asshole, and slowly started to become the mask he put forth for Shinpaku. He also has no real martial arts ability, and still manages to have courage when faced with the superhuman martial artists his group ends up facing.

More important than all that though, is that he is just plain funny with his random alien powers.

Yes Niijima too. When I think about it. I must have a weekness against weak characters since Usopp is one of my favorite in One Piece. Anyway to me that's the character without which I wouldn't enjoy Kenichi that much

Well its hard to chose from ALL characters one...so i will put aside ryozampaku and Kenichi and will call my favorite Shimpaku char....wich is totaly Tanimoto...why?
1)He is first(and well i gues only) rival of Kenichi
2)He is a damn badass(close to Sakaki in badassary) and more of that he is now kind of double agent in Yomi
3)And well adding to first one,i gues he is the best friend Kenichi have atm
so my vote going for Natsu ^_^

Originally I hated nejima but as the manga went on he grew on me. He is a weird creepy alien but the gags around him crack me up. Every time he uses his flute to summon seigfried I laugh uncontrollably. He has brainwashing techniques and is better at strategies than the old man is at martial arts.

In the ryozampaku I guess I have to go for ma kensei. Echi is always fun lol.

There are a couple other characters I like but I am not going into that right now. Not sure who my favorite would be at this point though.

myfavorites from the shimpaku are takeda, tanimoto and from the masters Akisame of course :P
