THE THREE ILLUSIONISTS AND VINDICE
During the time Iris was ordered by Byakuran to release Ghost from the Vindice prison, she had failed because someone already sniffed and snitched before her. And we know who that was: it was Flan. Iris was totally shocked and aghast from learning how that happened. She retorted to the Vindice that that "someone" only used their faces, to which the Vindice commented as "not possible".

The Vindice once commented in the future arc that there only three illusionists in the world who are capable of deceive their sights.
I was wondering who those three illusionists are.
Of course, the first one is Rokudo Mukuro. Being the Vongola Mist Guardian, he takes pride in his illusions. More than that, even in the absence of his ring and boxes, he is still able to conjure powerful illusions of his own abilities.
If Rokudo Mukuro is one of those three illusionists, then our search is limited to two.
Possible candidates:
Torikabuto:
the Millefiore Mist Guardian, wielder of the Mare Mist Ring. We have only seen his prowess in releasing his Demon Box.
Flan:
I believe that he is a very powerful illusionists, but he is not one of those referred to by Vindice.
D. Spade:
With the onset of the Shimon Family Arc, we finally learned that Julie (a family guardian of Shimon) is taken over by D. Spade, the first Vongola Mist Guardian. He has still existed in the present time, so he might have also existed in the future disguised as a Shimon.
Other than that, Vindice has long existed during the time of the first family Vongola guardians. So Vindice must have recognized D. Spade's abilities as a mist illusionist.
Who could be the other two Vindice was talking about?

GINGERBREAD AND IRIS
Gingerbread is only a puppet controlled by a person lurking at the back. Lal Mirch once battled and won over Gingerbread of the Black Spell, while Tsuna blew another Ginger Bread (this time, it came from White Spell) to smithereens. We never found out who the real Gingerbread was, but for all we know, Gingerbread killed an entire mafia family and is controlled by a sun-flame user.
Plus, we have Iris. After his phone call with Byakuran, we heard nothing of her.
So my question: what the hell happened to both them?
KHR is the best anime/manga for me, but somehow, no justification for those characters has been given. Their characters, despite being "small fries" and unimportant, still made the future arc hang over.
