I'm looking forward to some Albireo/Konoe Ala Rubra destruction to help save the tree. Of course they'll be under the guise of "hero" characters in the martian invasion lmao.

I like how they keep referencing the Festival Arc...that arc was so epic.

it couldnt be because he was shocked that mahora was reflected in the MW, i doubt he knew that this would happen. i'm thinking that the plan he had involves eventually going back to mahora first after saving asuna, then talking to incho in order to plan saving the MW.

as for the next chapters, you are right. due to "secret plans for the movie", Negima will take 3 weeks off and be back on May the 11th.

Actually out of the 4 week break for the next chapter only 1 week is going to be of official holiday for him (because of Golden Week). The other 3 weeks are going to be working weeks for him.

The reason Ken took 3 weeks break (the other 1 week break don't count in this because that break was meant to happen) was because he had other works to do like work for the upcoming Negima movie, etc.

from sighting of Sakurako Shiina and her telling Fuka Narutaki in the middle of the page, left most panel of page nine, & Fuka's loud mouth as she is running down to meet Haruna. Fuka while screaming to everyone , "Paru is in the ship! Paru is in the ship!" informed ayaka by the cell (because all girls from class 2/3-A are like in military mode, fuka called her maybe knowing she was the closest to the landing area so that she could confront her first, for some strange reason (unison?)). The rest eavesdropped ayaka's cell phone conversation.

What I was most alarmed was that ayaka would actually wear that skimpy outfit showing most of her breast (unless she is wearing an overall shirt to cover them) and expose her panty (unless the are outward, like most super heroes). I am surprised no one has commented about that fact, and how it contradicts her personality of not revealing her self (did chose the right words, to kept it rated E?). I am very bad at interpreting colors in manga, so I could be wrong, and she be well covered 'cept her navel. This has happened to me much with the color red.

Ok first up, since it was you that posted the first reply post, I thought you were going to say where to get the not released raws. So I use mean look on you since you deceived my expectations. (nothing we can do about that matter can we....)

Sorry, I can't see the image, maybe post a link to imagehack, photobucket or tiikoni.com (forgot the one that I use that you can post any type of material, even adult rated) (wait super-found it imagevenue). Maybe that cover image is where Ken wants the character to progress (but I can't imagen her in an umm, rated E, more appealing manner, other than what some users may think *ahem*).

So I am not the only bedazzled by choice of attire. Or was it a choice? Mmmm.... What does Ayaka know about the secrets of London and the magic organizations, or the events that are unfolding? *Gnarl at a copy of a volume out of anxiety*

We will just wait until we can find out if she indeed exposed more than I originally thought (by crossing fingers). Maybe there's someone else that can enlighten us of my assertion (unless I speak for someone else who agrees but has not indicated notion). We need an expert cleaner or something.

EDIT:
my brother says that it could be a dress used for a ritual, or be a magical dress (armor?), thus making her be magically enhanced and ,Umm.., prettier at the same time. you get the idea. That supports my mental rambling of having a "choice" or not for the attire, thus nulling the usage theory since it is not her personality to use clothing like such.

Me: maybe it's her secret family's dress, which represents her clan as the leader for the people in her location: Mahora Academy. hehehe.

OK, I believe u are overthinking it. here is my point of view on Ayaka.

The Yukihiro group is clearly a very powerful one. you can tell by the sheer amount of info they gathered in their report here (http://www.mangafox.com/manga/mahou_sensei_negima/v19/c176/7.html) (would you LOOK at the SIZE of that thing?) on Nagi, a human from Mundus Magicus. and lets not forget that she knows Eva's nickname.

still, the way I see it, I doubt they got any kind of hard info on MM. that she seems to know anything about wat is going on is, IMHO, is rather her being suspicious of the circumstances and possible inconsistencies found in that report. that suspicion + her good head (cuz lets face it, shes pretty smart) can lead her to have a pretty good grasp on the situation.

so, the way I see it, she doesnt KNOW anything but shes got a good idea of wat is going on.


as for her attire, thats the same she used during the school festival (just before she got involved in the whole magic thing), so I doubt it means anything special

I don't think there's anything special about that costume - if you look at it it's got same design features as the one Yuuna is wearing so I'd say that at best it's variant of that protective cape contestants had to wear back at school fest...

As for file on Nagi...
Yukihiro group is supposedly big... so it wouldn't be strange if mages were involved also when the dean was talking about Ayaka, to me it sounded as if he knew her father and if so... there is strong possibility of Ayaka coming from mage house...
And even if they aren't involved with mages, Nagi was apparently living in this world for some periods of time (he had that house in Kyoto, also the village in Wales and Istanbul too) so he had to have some "official" identity to buy the house - so he probably had some background (if it was made-up or real depends on whether or not he was of this or the other world)
in any case: he must have left trace while traveling - she said something about investigation being on paper after all

yeah, I know he must have left some sort of trail, having lived in the old world and all; I just dont think he wouldve left THAT MUCH relevant information as a "normal person"

as for the headmaster's comment, it just seemed to me that he rather than knowing her or her family personally, he knows them by reputation; being the daughter of a wat seems to be a very powerful/influential/large group (just like u said), it wouldnt be that strange.

besides, in the original dialogue it doesnt sound so much as him knowing them so much as him using a rather unusual way of speech (it's manga, theres always some1 who talks in a weird way) that is just lost in translation.

but I doubt that she that she did NOT find a shred of info about the mahora and maybe a link to magic and the world. more than like she found just a myth, and has an idea of the situation. not the whole thing, but pretty much to know, we got to protect the tree at all cost.
