In your case i would say that it is exactly the opposite from my case !

I don't know who is the guy on your avatar and so because of that i don't have any special connection to it ! But the image isn't that bad !

About the signature i find it great! One the thinks that made me read Vinland Saga was your sign!
I saw it sometimes and i started having curiosity in knowing Vinland Saga!

Ava is Seiko "Calm Tiger" Miyazawa and father of the hero in Tough (http://myanimelist.net/manga/3287/Tough!), had his own manga with Oton (http://myanimelist.net/manga/12037/Oton) though. It's the first time[after 193 chapters, don't know about the 474 from it's predecessor though] I've seen that expression from him. A coloration wouldn't serve it any good Imo, black 'n white for the atmosphere of the moment. Sig is looking at him for the set.
First part was just a j/k, let's just say disagree with Yagami on certain things.
