Haha darnit. I was really hoping Jinnie's fight was just going to be off page and just show us the results. It was like page 10 and then we didnt even get to see how it ended. Best part of the chapter was seeing shioon. After last weeks grandma ordeal i was hoping to hear alittle more about his training and progress before we moved back into elders and such.

Short summary!

Jini and JiGun recognize each other. Bitch sees that and decides to take Jini hostage. Both JiGun and Jini claim that they don't have anything to do with each other. Bitch says then it should be fine to kill her, Jini gets pissed and tells Bitch not to drag her into the situation and Bitch kills Jini's cat for talking back and says she'll kill Jini if she talks back again.

Jini remarks that she never even got to feed the cat but it still stayed with her and then she decides to slaughter the everloving shit out of the bitch. Bitch blocks the blow, but rolls on the ground and gets pissed because the clothes cost a lot or something. Bitch tries to kill Jini, JiGun blocks it. SUC members appear. JiGun wants to get away but Jini is intent on still killing the everloving fuck out of Bitch. JiGun throws a smokescreen / smokebomb / whatever and Jini decides to punch the everloving shit out of Bitch. Then JiGun tells Jini she should get a hold of herself and then drags her the everloving shit away.

I just like saying everloving.

Bitch demands that the SUC guys bring the two back alive. She's angry that Jini dared to touch her with dirty hands and vows to turn her into a slab of meat or something I guess that's a way of saying kill / beat the everloving shit out of her or something.

Shiwoon wakes up, hears stuff. Sees that Hats McGee has shown up. Hats McGee says something along the lines of him suspecting that ShiWoon would be there.

So in the end Jini ended up with Ji-Gun while Shioon is still with Sera.:cheez

More importantly it seems like Jini could fight her head on, if she were in her best condition. I'm looking forward to our very first cat fight in Part 2. :hip

Poor kitten...well at least Jini now has a legitimate excuse to go against the S.U.C. leaders. With the way that things turned out its very likely that Ji-gun will join Shioon's side. On the page that Gang Ha-Il, you can see that he roughed up some of Sera's subordinates, his first lines will be where's Jini.

I'm really hoping for a fight between Gang Ha-Il against Shioon or Sera.

I am glad one team or another releases the chapter fast every week. The author/artist have problems and have delays but the scanlators step it up. this is just awesome.

That might just be the cruelest thing ever to happen in this series. I'm a dog person myself but come on, you can't just do that. Killing off people is one thing but not adorable kittens, that's crossing a line! What's next baby seals?

Then just to twist the knife, only 2 pages of Shioon this week. And one of them was consumed almost entirely by a guy who really needs to buy a shirt.:(

BTW, even though I hated that Bitch (yeah, that's her new name) had to kill the cat, I liked how Jinie finally showed some actual skills! She was introduced as the 5th strongest in the Sunwoo clan, but up until now she sucked hard at fights. Shioon with the people would have kicked her ass any time. Last chapter, though, Jienie finally showed what I believe are her "true skills", meaning that she's a pretty "lazy" person in giving all she has right from the start.

i liked seeing jinie pissed off and had my hopes up to see a good one on one fight but i was utterly disappointed since it was one sided ....i personally ain't a jinie fan but i don't hate her it's just that she's kinda weak , that's the opinion i have of her
now i'm curious to see what Gang Ha-ill wants with shioon hope he doesn't beat the crap out of him :amuse....btw i really like Gang Ha-ill character very much especially his dark humor and another reason i like him is that he's damn strong :D

She has a sadistic personality but she is pretty good looking lol. I am surprised Jini manage to even touch that goth girl considering smiles was giving her a beatdown not too long ago and smiles and goth chick fought fairly evenly.

Its not that Jini is weak its more like smiles and that goth chick are ridiculously strong. Smiles is supposed to be a very rare and powerful prodigy after all.

Wow, I am with the comment of killing the cat was really cruel. But then again I like to not sugar coat it. The only reason why Jinie touched the goth girl was because she wasn't expecting a Murim. She even said so. Bu then the hit in the face was through the smoke screen and it surprised Bitch. I like that name. I don't think that Jinie can fight at all with Bitch. As for Gang-Ha Il. Man he is really dark and bad ass. Time for more Shioon training?

I don't think that his first allegiance is to the Sun-woo clan. He has something in mind for Shioon. But the elders aren't involved. Unless Gang-Ha Il was sent by Elder Jeon. Which is a possibility.

I'm not sure why Gang-Han Il is in the hospital. Maybe he is on orders to find out if Jinie succeeded in killing him, and if not finish the job; or maybe he's there to make sure he's alive and stays that way.

Ether way i think Sera needs to walk in and beat Gang-Han Il to within and inch of his life. Unless you are dressing up as Aladdin for Halloween, there is no excuse for wearing a mini-vest with no shirt. And if that wasn't enough the man is wearing a huge piercing in his lip, what kind of hand to hand specialist does that(even a fictional one)? It like saying "Here, please use this conveniently placed metal thing the shatter my teeth!". That's a bad idea in the same league with wearing sunglasses during a fight.

I found the cliffhanger really good...it seemed to me that this entire business with Sera was a bit random...of course in time it will eventually clear up, and the whole picture will be formed, but I kinda want the elders of that house and Jini to find out he is alive

It seems like Murim follow some kind of honor code or something...I've never seen a fighter take advantage of sth like that...I don't think we will...though it would be cool to see it...adds a sense of realism to the fights

Something that has been haunting me in some ways is where did Hyuk So-Chun run off too. I think he is about to remake his debut. He had such a infatuation for Shioon. It was interesting because I think an appearance now would surprise me a lot. Almost as much as Gang Han-Il appearing. I didn't see that coming. Like I said my earlier post though what are his motivations. Did GMR kill one of his friends/master/lover etc? Now he is bidden on revenge.

I personally think that Hyuk So Chun is busy doing his schools business. If my memories serves me right, he was the head of the heavenly school,right? So he has no time to waste on trivial matters like Shioon. He probably has his hands full and is trying to make a counter measure for the rampaging GMR because their meeting will be inevatible IMO!

Now to Gangha Il he is probably looking for Jinie. I got the impression that they seemed close to each other. And since he already encountered Sera and probably knows about her Clan/ School etc. he made the right choice following her. He thought like this since Jinie has her duty to guard Shioon, she must be near him.

So I was doing a re-read of part 2 and was left wondering after these recent few chapters, does Sera Noona the girl helping out Shioon now actually want revenge on him like what was initially portrayed early on in the second part? Also, revenge for what, who is she connected to(who was her grandfather that she wants revenge for). Aghhhh, Im pretty sure these haven't been revealed and in fact the author might have gone a different path for some reason, and I think I even asked this already.

Yeah it was asked, Her Grandfather is former Chairman of the school where Shioon goes. He was killed before Part I started, so that GMR, Shiho and Alex could get in school. The same guy who was mentioned by Alliance when they came to Nine-Dragons High to look for GMR. Now Sera is leader of her clan and about that revenge. It isn't clear yet. She personally was against that they(Sera's clan) kill Shioon to get revenge on GMR.
Maybe she is not using direct revenge as to kill GMR, but make something that could endanger him, hence Shioon. Guy is a freaking genius,when it comes to martial arts.

He is a genius, but the problem with that theory is that no one else besides GMR knows that, except maybe Hyuk So Chun. So I don't think Sera is having Shioon trained to eventually go up against his master, though that might be the eventual outcome.

Yup, only GMR and Hyuk So Chun are the only ones that are in the know of Shioon's potential and talent in martial arts. Everyone else think that its attributed to Shioon's GMR level spirit, I doubt any of them know that Shioon's only been practicing martial arts for about 1-2 months.


I doubt Sera's even cares about getting revenge for her grandfather. She seems really different from the other murim-in's introduced int eh story so far since she's so level-headed like Hyuk So Chun. The only time she seemed slightly mad/upset(?) was when she thought Shioon would continue upholding his decision to not be involved with the murim world whe she brought him to her clan's hospital.
