goodluck dz, overseas ung app mo d b? no ones failed benilde entrance exam? meron ba namang ganun...

naalaala ko nung w8ting for our entrance exam results...nasulatan ko na tuloy ung sa don bosco na form b4 dumating ung 2 acceptance letter sa 2 university sa QC. ung isa sobrang nipis ung isa naman, parcel na ata sa kapal! ung isa para makahuthot pa ng pera na equivalent sa isang sem nung other school, me "pre-calculus" course pa over the summer BEFORE na mag-enroll ka pa dun! worth it naman kc medyo naka-adjust for the stress dahil para kaming nilulunod with our heads held down sa water sa hirap ng math doon.

tapos halos lahat ng mga kaklase ko HS nag-novena at pilahan sa chapel na ata sa pagdarasal para sa acceptance letter e. those were the days...pag me araw na dumadating ung letter from a school, jittery at iyakan ung class. Thank God kc accpted ako both kc for that school ung salutatorian namin and valedictorian namin manipis ung nakuha and the latter was even w8listed! asar nga lang special mention ako in front of the entire assembly na ako lang daw ung gra-graduate nung napikon ung isang administrator at medyo gumugulo na ang buong assembly... :grin

just pray, be optimistic...expect the best but prepare for the worst....

Naalala ko tuloy ang isang flamewar na naganap sa isang Bleach Predictions thread. Napansin ko siya nang magtatanghali na sa 'Pinas eh yung posts ay sinulat nang umaga. Gabi o maagang-maaga sa ibang bansa kaya ata hindi nakita tapos 'di pa ako assigned sa Bleach. Mas malala yun kasi nag-iinsulto na ang mga tao dun.

Dun sa paghintay sa spoilers, hindi ako umaasa na darating ang totoo hanggang Miyerkules. Kadalasan ganun. Kung Martes ay may real spoilers eh dapat maaga ang RAW (maaga as in mula Miyerkules hanggang Huwebes ng hapon GMT+8).

AFAIK, almost all of the schools entertain students as long as they're on their wait list. Benilde? Not sure. But I believe you can pass it :thumbs Good Luck DZ!

Ung PSME, nagandahan talaga kami (my sisters din) sa OVA sobra. As in iyak kami ng iyak sa last part. Kaso kakaiba yung ending kasi bitin nga din, so I looked up the manga and I had a hard time understanding it. Sa bagay, mga two years ago pa yun, baka ma-gets ko pag binasa ko ulit ngayon. -_-

NANA? Hee di naman kasi ako nagbabasa for Hachi (her role significantly decreased in the later volumes... hrm, ngayon ko lang naisip yun a!) kasi

just saw a new osx-like dock for linux! its called kiba-dock with a configuration executable called akamaru! sobrang processor-intensive nga lang kc meron cyang physics-engine, which makes the icons bounce off the screen following newtonian physics! i think it is also on youtube...and since linux na ko, just waiting na lang kung kelan mo ko pwedeng i-port scan...

we wouild still go to the next period all drowzy and smelling of alcohol, trying very hard to keep the head up while the hand stays in the notebook. we'd try to converse with the classmates (of course they know we're drunk) and everybody'd laugh nonstop. haha. good times...

we wouild still go to the next period all drowzy and smelling of alcohol, trying very hard to keep the head up while the hand stays in the notebook. we'd try to converse with the classmates (of course they know we're drunk) and everybody'd laugh nonstop. haha. good times...

wait, the last time that happened was just months ago... gawd im a delinquent... :sad



This happened to me only in my high school years. We have CAT back then and me and my two friends wanted to drink. One of my friends was an officer, my other friend was the company leader. I was the next tallest man in the company. So we drank Emperaning (that's Emperador+any gin+ponkana juice :amuse) for three whole hours before going to the ranks. We were wobbling on the street then when me and my company leader friend were to enter the formation (siempre late ka kaya dapat papasok ka with all the salute and asking permission SOP). Tawa kami ng tawa habang nakasalute tapos sumisingaw pa yugn "s" namin. As in halatang halatang lasing kame! Di pa tapos yun! We were told to march. My company leader friend was the one who's supposed to say "Kaliwa, kaliwa, kaliwa kanan, kaliwa!" but he was out of his wits. SO the solution of our platoon commander was for the next tallest guy to be in charge- which was me! Of course, I did worst since I mixing "Left, Kaliwa, Right, Kanan, Kaliwa" among the chants! :rofl
Buti na lang mabait yung platoon commander namin at di kame pinag-pushup. Shit! Baka kung nag pushup kami nun, punong puno na ng suka yung grandstand.

Maybe you're wondering what happened to our officer friend? Well, all the while, habang nag-mamarch kami, natutulog sya. Kaso, bigla syang ginising ng Corp Commander tapos sa gulat nya, bumaligtad yung tyan nya, tapos, sumuka sya dun sa paa nung Corp Commander! :rofl :rofl Buti na lang ka-vibes nya yun. Tapos yung Pinaka-head naman (yung Military Man) nung nagmi-meeting sila, biglang nag comment "Amoy Lapad a!" :rofl

Pero after nun, nung college na, kwentuhan na lang after cutting. tsaka I was inulged with club activities back then. Which was a good thing for me.

on a similar note imagine dragging that roommate all the way from burgundy rooftop to our room as drunk as hell after drinking a concoction by one of our "senior chemists" in the liquor department (pun intended) during one of our christmas party orgy thingies...and finally vomiting into the bathroom floor which forced me to clean that mess and also my roommate. if he was more wasted a little, then i'll have to undress him and bathe him personally, which MIGHT lead one thing to another and be a plot worthy of an indie film! *another devilish grin* but he managed to clean himself up btw....

oh, you have to take into account i use LINUX right now...using ksirc client, and i have the ident port on drop on the firewall(so it would show u as stealth on the shields-up port scan), and on a proxy server so i don't know if this has any effect. i can login see users and their states but not much else :sad oh and it gives me the nick i wrote in the email i used in registering here...imo, that's a lot of deduction and jumping hoops just to get that info.

well, its the same as getting our weekly manga fix...me magsusulat lang ng plot kung naipalabas na sa states ung show same as a manga translation as soon as a raw is out. masasabi mo lang na spoiler un kc hindi pa naipapalabas d2. what if hindi na un ipapalabas or if you hav no means to acquire it? maghihintay ka forever o bibili ka/dl ka ng show. so just apply what we do here at MH (w8 for raw then trans then scans) if i just can't w8 to see what happens. e.g, i only got to see some us shows nung pumunta talaga kme sa LA like some scifi e.g. the latest stargate na hindi ko mahanapan ng provider d2 sa pinas from our cable line-up.

so if you really don't want spoilers, you'd have to wait for an official release of OP that you can understand for example and BUY it! :D

Yes I certainly agree with this one. the slightest spoiler aggravates me to no end especially if I like the story/movie that I'm hooked into. Whenever I ask for spoilers, it means that I'm disinterested with the story.

LOL! I remember one fledgling in our college journal back then, who spoiled the best part for Harry Potter Book 6 to me unintentionally. I shouted curses (but to no one in particular) and then stormed out of our office back then. The poor guy even texted me to apologize (and to think that I don't personally give my cell number~he searched for it in our profiles just to apologize :amuse). Natakot ata ng husto.

Pero really, namumura ko talaga yung mga taong iniispoil ako. As in! And I get more aggravated when they think of it as a running joke to spew all the beans to me even though I'm shutting my ears. I mean, can't they get a hint.

Kahit nga konting hint lang, naiinis ako e. Kunwari sasabihin ng bro ko kapag nanonood kami, tapos napanood na nya yung show: "Ayan, tignan mo mangyayari dyan." I mean, WTF!? Ako itong tinatapon ang centido comon ko sa labas ng bintana kapag nagbabasa ako at nanonood pero sila naman itong pupulot sa labas at ibabalik sa kin.

i really enjoy a movie or a story to the fullest whenever I shut off my common sense. Ayokong sabihin sa dulo na: "Sabi na nga sya yung killer e!" I want to say at the end of the story, "Wow! Di ko naisip yun a."
Pero, once na yung former statement ang lumabas sa kin, I would find the author weak at hiding facts. Naiinis kase ako kapag no-brainer yung pinapanood or binabasa ko e.

@KTS: nah, to me it's just not the same... for the raws it's different, because it is originally the real thing, not a spoiler... and transes are not just summaries, it's what they're actually saying, so i dont feel spoiled by that. and transes come up after the raw anyway, so i dont feel spoiled at all. so you see, plots are different because it's just summaries and not the real dialogue, plus i want to see the characters, not plain text :sweat. well it's just me anyway, we all feel different

naala-ala ko pa ung wait ko for book 6, was refreshing wikipedia for any spoilerific plot developments nung araw ng release, medyo out of order nga lang ung ibang chapter updates...
asar nga lang ung mga nang-iinis by posting "fake spoilers" quite like here sa MH...medyo kung sino-sinong characters ung pinapatay at me nagsulat pa ng "Dumbledore is a pedophile and Harry..." something to that effect... :rofl finally got the correct e-book in less than 24 hrs...me mali-mali nga lang na sequence ng page at spelling...as expected sa rushed na scanning. hats down to that guy who did scan the book into a pdf file in less than 24 hours.. :kkthumbs

might be also doing it again come this july....

yeah! I was really thinking of blasting over the internet or all over our campus back then what happened (and you're right...it was the death thingy) so that everybody'd be on the same boat as me when they read the book. But alas, my urge to have my fellow enjoy the book the same way as I would have had, had it maintained the entire thrill I was hoping to get before being ruined entirely, was just too strong. I really want them to enjoy reading the book and I want them to appreciate it fully that's why it's my rule never to spoil anyone.

Heck even my mother begs me to tell her what happened to the rest of the books (she read from book1 to book 4) but I declined. She said she had a major case of vertigo when she read book 4 almost non-stop, but I still wanted her to enjoy how I enjoyed the book so up until now, whenever she bugs me to summarize the plot, I would flatly reject her. :amuse

i never did this. even when I was itching to know the story first hand, I would certainly wait for the real thing. Oh well, kanya kanya lang talaga ng preferences.
