I was hesitating between Minato and Gaara. I like both their clothes but since the first one only has a cape over standard shinobi uniform (like many of the characters) I went for Gaara whose clothes aren't similar with another character's. And as someone already mentioned in a post above, that tattoo does help ;)

We've all been thinking it, so I'll finally say it: Naruto. His orange ninja suit is so epic and timeless, that there's basically no reason at all to change it. That and recently he's been having frog tattoos and lights all over him.!!!

I'm going with Uchiha Itachi. Basically because if I'd ever cosplay as a Naruto character, it would be as Itachi. He just looks so awesome with his Sharingan constantly activated, his necklace, open robe with his arm leaning on the fabric, and his hair is simple yet cool.
