I have been thinking pretty much about the current situation (chapter 76) and I came up with some possible plots for the end of part 2.

1. there is the idea of repairing the ki-center.
I've read that the author said a ki-center cannot be repaired.
But what about creating a new one?
As far as I know Shioon never had a ki-center to begin with and it was created when he took the blue pill ( yeah we all saw Matrix ;P )
The after effects where a high fever, new ki-center and so on.
Now that he used the BOT, something similar started to happen inside his body.
His entire body is overflowing with ki. The difference is, there is no physical increase in ki.
When he took the pill, he got a lot of new ki but he didnt gain any new ki from BOT.
So I think the ki that was already inside his body just started to "move".
This "movement" creates the fever and his body tries to control it and therefore creates a new ki-center.
So does this mean anybody can gain a new ki-center using BOT? I dont think so.
The amount of ki moving inside your body seems to be the main "problem" here. Inside of Shioon is a lot more ki stored than in 9AD.
So to sum it up, I believe that this immense ki-movement is necessary for the creation of a new ki-center. But I wouldnt be angry if its not ;P

2. Here is the more important part I think (especially because I am great Sera-Fan :hee )
First lets start with Shio. She's been dead for a very long time but there is this one guy who still wants to prove to us he's not a necrophiliac... "Won-Jae Hyun".
I believe that reviving her is as important as Shioon getting back his Ki-center.
So from the point of the author there is Won-Jae Hyun who wants to revive her but needs Shioons blood. The deal he head with the crazy doc is off and the blood is back in Shioons veins so he would have to kidnap Shioon again... (boring plot-twist) or get him to do it for free. Other possibilities would be also possible but I really don't see Shioon give away any of his blood anymore as long as he doesn't fully trust the person behind this. And for what reason would he give his blood? He has seen what SUC would do to him to get it and probably believes it will only be used for harming anyone.
So we're back to option 2, he will give it for free TO Won-Jae Hyun because he knows what it is used for (reviving Shiho).
But when I thought of this I couldn't picture Won-Jae Hyun actually asking Shioon for his blood... How and what would he say? He probably even doesn't know Shioon knows Shiho, so he wants Shioons help but I dont see a way for him to approach Shioon.
Except he can give Shioon something only he can and will ask for his blood in return.
But what could it be that Shioon would ask for? Medical treatment? There are enough medicals out there. Is there anything that only Won-Jae Hyun can do? Yes, he can revive people. (well at least he tries to...)
So the question is, who would it be, that needs to be revived? (except Shiho)
Unfortunately I believe it is my favorite... Sera.
She is already at the brink of death. With her dying, Shioon might enter BOT completely and finish all of SUC in that building. Won-Jae Hyun could use this chance to offer Shioon a way for him to revive Sera and would ask for his blood in return to revive Shiho. For Shioon this would be perfect. He could get 2 hotties back and his ki-center is new as well.
The End Part 2.

Thanks for reading btw :)

hm. no offense there but the OP is a bit misleading as you don't really talk about the overall plot, you just raise some points, Ki-center being more a powerlevel thingy rather than plot, and Shiho you talk about but not in terms of all plot points she raises: what about what Shiho's revival would mean for the overall plot? For 9ADs chances to make a u-turn from darkness, for Shioon i.e. Where would she fit in if she were back? Would she be back at 100% or need long time recuperation and healing? Would her mind survive?

As for your theory of the author "killing of Sera" so that she can be "revived"only as a plot device to get the info about Shio waiting for resurrection to Shioon, that is a very far stretch imho as the author should stay away from resurrection as much as possible - it's a high risk of takeing out the realism, Shiho is a very special case I guess - and I still am not sure if I like it - I only would if she still is alive/comatose but it seems she really died (unless he kept her in this state of "clincally dead" -which is determined by ceasing brainwaves or I dunno what but the bottom line is it's not entirely dead yet but so dead that normally no return is possible - or if people are re-animated back from it they mostly end up living vegetables as the brain has suffered way to much oxygen loss and is irrepairably damaged) if she were like that I guess something could be said for her returning not being totally asspull out of the question...

BTW your plot construction when it comes to him enlisting Shioon's help/blood would work without killing Sera if he simply offers him to cure Shioon's mom the way he cures Shiho - much more likely - seriously, killing Sera just to rezz her 10 chaps later would feel borderline retarded to me, it would be all too obvious plot device - it also would give Sera more weight compared to the other girls and I am not so sure we are headded that way either - but this is my subjective take on this ...

Still, nice post takeing your time thinking things out :)
But if I read wrapping up "new waves plot" I personally think more along the lines of:
what will happen with SUC, will Shioon and 9AD meet already during this arc, will Sun-Woo face of against Cundomoon or not and such, will the alliance be completely destroyed, what role will Shioon grow into in the world of Murinim ...
