This chapter has just been scanlated, it's out on Mangareader. Too bad it's a short chapter
The clilffhanger at the end is very frustrating, it seems like a rude fight is coming. But somewhat I have the feeling the cloaked person is not Arneis' husband, i don't know why but I feel it may be a twisted plan elaborated by Einar.

If I read the chapter right then Gardar is hiding INSIDE the same building as Snake.

The cloaked person is either Einar or Thorfinn.

The point is, I'm rather sure, is to lure Snake out so Gardar can make his escape.
