Onto the Review!
Chapter Summary

After all we've seen of his past there can be no doubt what his greatest treasure is.
This week resumes with Ragar and Gejutel in pursuit of Frankenstein and considering his words about corrupted nobles. Both seem to sense some truth in what he said and Ragar even suggests that the Lord probably already knows if such a problem exists, since he is so wise*chuckle*. As this conversation ends they are surprised to find that Frankenstein's trail led them to Raizel's doorstep. Reluctantly, the pair heads inside to investigate.
Meanwhile, inside Frankenstein explores that mansion yet finds no one until he happens upon Raizel again, as he stands and staring out a window. To Frankenstein the solitude is almost tangible. Raizel interrupts his thoughts and asks him why he's still wearing one of his shirts and when Frankenstien replies that he couldn't find anything else. Raizel creates a butler outfit on him with a wave of his hand. Frankenstein is stunned by this and wonders if he might be a clan leader to have this power which he had apparently never heard of.
As he considers this. Raizel tells Frankenstein that he feels hatred, rage, and a desire to kill emanating from his power and asks why all these emotions are directed at Frankenstein himself, the master of that power.
Frankenstein is dumbstruck, reeling from the fact that this person somehow knows so much about his powers. Things appear to get worse for him just then as Gejutel and Ragar catch up to him at last and walk into the room. They are both halted by the sight of Raizel though. Frankenstein initially misinterprets this respect to mean that Raizel is the Lord, but this is quickly dispelled when Gejutel explains to Raizel that they have been charged with capturing this person and bringing him to the Lord.
Much to everyone's surprise however Raizel tell them that Frankenstein works in his mansion. Gejutel recovers first and asks Raizel to elaborate a little on what exactly Frankenstein "does". Raizel tells him that, since the mansion is otherwise empty, Frankenstein does everything. Gejutel, slightly stunned, asks if he's his butler and Frankenstein jumps on that idea and confirms that he is a butler and Raizel goes along with it. Then Raizel tells the pair that he will escort Frankenstein to the Lord a bit later, a gesture that Frankenstein recognizes is to help give him some time to recover. Again Frankenstein is surprised by the fact that the Clan leaders simply abide by Raizel wishes and leave.
A little later Ragar and Gejutel give their report to the Lord. Who laughs and is deeply pleased by the way this turned out, as it means Raizel won't be alone. But as Gejutel moves on to the Frankenstein accusations against Nobles the Lords eyes turn serous.
Meanwhile, back at the mansion Frankenstein introduces himself and Raizel does the same. Then things switch back to the present time where Frankenstein happily watches as his master is surrounded by laughter and how much has changed for him since those days.

Substance
This chapter concluded the reminisce and showed us both the foundations of what would become Frankenstein loyalty to his master and what causes the previous to lord to order the elder generation of clan leaders into eternal sleep.
For Frankenstein his expectations of Nobles clearly never included someone like Raizel. Someone who helped him when he had no reason to do so while seeing through everything he was trying to hide. As an added bonus we got to see where Franky learned the making clothes trick that some wondered about; apparently, that one is a Raizel original.
The little scene at the end with Lord also has a lot of meaning to it. That serous yet sad look on a man who always looks so lighthearted says to me that he knew Frankenstein was telling the truth. If you think about the decision to force the elder nobles to go into eternal slumber with him was like him trying to eliminate or at least reveal the worst of the corrupted nobles and bet everything on the next generation being more able to adapt to a new world. I find this particularly interesting because, though we always knew "what" the previous Lord did, until now I feel like we never full understood "why".
Presentation
I would rate the art as a little below average for Noblesse. Character detail was fairly low but I didn't feel that it got in the way of conveying the emotion so I won't penalize that excessively. Background work was low detail for the most part and mainly in black and white, which I think was probably an artistic choice to give Raizel's mansion and empty lonely feel; it still felt a little lacking to me though.
I liked the pacing quite a bit. This chapter really sped through a lot of things to bring this Flashback story to a close in this chapter but none of it felt rushed. The transition from past to present felt a little bit sudden but I did like the idea behind it; using that transition to compared Raizel's previous solitary existence with his new one among a circle of friends.
Final Rating
A really enjoyable end to this Frankenstien Backstory arc. It didn't quite shine in the art department though.

Apparently, seeing a young Raskriea with cute little bows in her hair, wearing a frilly pink dress, and possibly hugging a teddy bear or riding a pony was too much to ask(the Previous Lord was the type of father to make all that happen too). I still maintain it would have been awesome.
My Previous Predictions(Current Record 17-18)
Nothing proven or disproven.
Rael will lose his next battle to the RK-4.
I think Lee Youn-In is going to be more than just a soon-to-be-forgotten sub-character. I suspect she may have a role in the plot.
Raizel will name Shin Woo his successor; resulting in him inheriting the title and power of the Noblesse.
The female operative from the Union will eventually end up on Raizel's side, like M-21 and the others.
Rael will show up at Raizel's school seeking revenge on him and his human friends.
Na Yontsu will get mixed feeling about recruiting Shin Woo and Ikkan.
Raizel will ultimately choose to use himself up completely in order to help his friends.
The Union was originally created by the Traitorous Nobles.
More traitors than just Roctis are in league with the Union
M-21 and Yontsu. I think it's going to happen, even if I have no idea how.
