Truly, it is "just another Urasawa (cooparation) work", meaning it's GODDAMN AWESOME and a must watch for anyone. Episodic, but on the level of Cowboy Bebop, with some incredibly great episodes, and the rest just being really damn good. I'm watching the OVA now and even though it's not really an OVA (no improved animation, not even a new OP...though that's good, because the OP is awesome), it brings me great pleasure to say that it's just as good as the series. I'd suggest it for scanlation, but someone's already doing it...or at least, 4 chapters have been done.

I heard good things but I couldn't find out if anyone is already scanlating it. I'd be willing to do the cleaning and editing (typesetting) but I need a Jap -> Engl. translator who is willing to stick to the project (18 volumes!). Oh and I need RAWs :D

husni, actually he's already a professor in the manga published by elex (the indonesian publisher name). And it was released up to the 11th vol. :D
