Well, it seems no luck for direct downloads or anything, but if you want to try mIRC out, then check over HERE and it'll walk you through what you need to know to get your manga fix.
It seems hard, but give it a try and its pretty simple to follow. I think the "hardest" part is registering your nick for #Lurk (as its required for them), but that's covered as well in the guide. I suggest you give it a try. :p

I've Acutally managed to upload the first 10 volumes[v1-v10] of Berserk and Vol. 19 on DarkEmpath.t35.com i've also got initial D vol. 1-12, and some other cool stuff!

Thank you guys for all the download links. i had to reformat my computer over the weekend and lost all my berserk materials :crying
i used torrents to get back about 90% but the rest was by surfing the sites in this thread for direct downloads.

To get the older Berserk volumes, you can also try the ED2K network.
Register as a member of the MangaReactor forum (http://forum.anime-reactor.net/) and check out the Berserk release thread for the ED2K links (Only volumes available; not chapters).
