Naruto Databook Translation Request Thread

EDIT: Moved thread to the Databook Translations Section because it seemed more relevant here.

Hey. This Eaballer10, a.k.a Databook Man! Our wonderful MOD Team dubbed me that name some time ago... :p

Anyway, if you haven't heard, I and a few others are scanlating the ENTIRE 2nd Naruto Databook.

But as you can see, we are in dire need of translations, therefore I come to you guys for help. We are pretty speedy with the scanlations, but we can't do much without the translations. So, if anyone can help with the translations, it'll be great! Here's a few sample pages... You'll notice that all translators will be given credit:

ALL the translations so far have come from virtually about 4-5 people. But the most and most recent have been coming from these two awesome Translators: Inquisitive and Rincewind!

EDIT: And now we have another wonderful translator who goes by the name of Flunko!

If you can image the whole databook like this, it'll be a real treat! :smile-big

The scanlators will post the pages that need to be translated in this thread. This makes it easier for the translators, and it keeps them from having to download the whole databook if they don't wish to.

Also, if you are a translator but don't have much time, or you don't wanna translate, or you just don't like you translating skills, you can still help! We could also use someone who could transcribe the Japanese text. That would be great help, too! We are looking for any help we can get. Thanx a bunch! :tem

Well, I guess I'll make an official request now.

This is VERY, VERY short, and is only the introduction to the databook. I hope that someone can translate this for me, and maybe we can start to get some activity in this thread. :D

I would like to see a translation of KageBunshin if there's a section about it.

Hi,
I was just translating the bits of page 124 and 125, and I came up with a question...
I'm wondering, is there a standard translation for the words 忍道 (nindou)　and 上忍(jounin)??
I'd like to be consistent with what everyone else is doing...
術 just becomes jutsu, right?
(sorry for being such a newbie! if there's any naruto-specific translation hints, plz tell me)

Thanx... I'll fix it. But for the record, I don't "write" anything. I just put the translations in the right spots. I often don't even read the translations during the typesetting because it isn't really good to change someone else's translation. Thanx for the catch, though.
