It's always: "Something arrives!"
Volume 18 is named "Ver. V.R. 来る!" or "Ver. V.R. arrives!"

i was expecting a chrome-irie-tsuna dream Round-like machine cover but i remembered that all khr! covers are from a character, anyways mukuro looks angry in that cover, i suppose the pic is after his fight against Byakuran XD
