I'm a Kei Kusonoki fan, so yeah, naturally i'll pick this up as well. I like the drama in the story and I'm actually more concerned about whether the 2 main leads will end up together. Anyway, I'm sure a number of you have already started reading on this great series, so, let's share and talk more about this series yeah? ;)
Re: Bitter Virgin by Kei Kusunokei
I started reading Bitter Virgin just today, and I'm already hooked. It's unlike any other manga I've read before--admittedly, I haven't read all that much so far, I have been working on it!
I already feel as taken with Hinako as Daisuke seems to be. I just want to hug her! I know it's only a story, but...curse that stepfather. CURSE.
It'll be interesting to observe the impact the two have on each other. Looking forward to reading more of this psychological drama.
Re: Bitter Virgin by Kei Kusunokei
I just love bitter virgin, its one of the best mangas i've ever read. Its great that everything doesn't go as you would expect. Bitter virgin is really sad sometimes, but thats only a good thing. I hate that stepfather, he should die, die in pain.
Re: Bitter Virgin by Kei Kusunokei
indeed a great manga...I'm just wainting for more chapters, the last one was a looong time ago
Re: Bitter Virgin by Kei Kusunokei
Guys, just to let you know... Bitter Virgin's volume 4 is out already and it was also stated in Kei's blog that it will be the last volume of the series... Well, you could say that this one is just as abrupt as Girl Saurus DX was.:sweat
Re: Bitter Virgin by Kei Kusunokei
hmmn seems as if we've something to scanlate once more^^

Re: Bitter Virgin by Kei Kusunokei
thanks! :D
~~~
I just read all 3 volumes last night....
I LOVE it! XD
great manga, but then again, it IS by Kei Kusunoki XD
actually, at first I thought the story was like Girl Saurus with the roles reversed, then came the church confession scene.... O_o
I really like this story thanks for sharing Nami! :D
I hope the next chapters come out soon!!! XD
Re: Bitter Virgin by Kei Kusunokei
the ending seemed kinda rushed for the final 4 chaps >.>
Re: Bitter Virgin by Kei Kusunokei
It wasn't that bad, but I do agree with you, it was a bit rushed, but I'm still satisfied with the ending.
What made me quite sad was the second last page, when both Daisuke and Aikawa are thinking about the best of each of them. It's like they unknowningly decided that they were never made for each other, and that they should move on as soon as possible.
But still an awesome series, if there is gonna be a sequel, I'll be gladly looking forward to it. :D
Re: Bitter Virgin by Kei Kusunokei
I like the art so much =] it's so prettyyy
and the story is very sweet too ^^
and since i love Innocent W and everything else of hers,
i cant resist reading this thing!
Re: Bitter Virgin by Kei Kusunokei
ONe of the best mangas Ive read,definantly.I so liked it,it wasnt an ordinary love story,it was different,ofcourse it was made up and in the reality people like that dont excist.Its a bit sad that it ended this way,but what can I say now..nothing.I wanted it to last for a long time,even after Ive read the 32 chapter,I thought hmm,whats next?I thought they are gonna show the future,Daisukes sisters new boyfriend,but here I found out it was the last chapter and I just exploded,I agree about the ending,that it was rushed a bit,but the creator was tired as it said :) Anyway it was a nice little ride and I enjoyed it while it lasted.
The characters were realy sweet,Daisuke and Aikawa very sweet people I could say and Daisukes sister,only Kazuki was doing it overboard,but what can I say the girl was madly in love with the guy,I could understand,but she acted a bit psycho.And I think a girl like that in reality would not stick around a boy that much,when he rejected her so many times :)
Re: Bitter Virgin by Kei Kusunokei
Yes, ending was very rushed...
