This sounds like fans of Hiro Mashima would be interested to know. Moving this to the Otaku Cafe. :)

Looks like an awesome series!!! The main character kinda does look a lot like Natsu from FT doesn't he??

Yea he does lol i thought it was something to do w/FT at first >_> then i was like why is his hair black? >_>

But cool thats 3 good series to look forward to in Shonen Rival :-)

Fairy Tail creator to adapt CAPCOM's games in Shōnen Rival's debut in Japan

Manga artist Hiro Mashima (Rave Master, Fairy Tail) will launch the game-inspired Monster Hunter Orage manga in the premiere issue of Kodansha's Monthly Shōnen Rival magazine in Japan on April 4. A collectible coin will be included in each of the first three issues, and a DVD and other extras are planned for future issues of the magazine. The first indication that Mashima would be involved in the magazine came when Kodansha announced that he was one of the judges for the 1st Shōnen Rival Comic Grand Prix contest.

CAPCOM has released Monster Hunter games in Japan and North America on the Sony PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable consoles. It is also planning new games for the PlayStation Portable and Nintendo Wii. Tokyopop will publish the 27th of 35 volumes of the Rave Master manga in March. Del Rey announced at Comic-Con International 2007 that it will release Fairy Tail in North America, with the first volume scheduled for March 25.

This new guy looks like luffy x natsu (but more natsu), while that girl is erza x lucy. The grey guy looks the more original one :p

I think that its only this and FT.

He could have been working on this for awhile to and have had some chapters ready :-) since this will be monthly hopefully he will be able to handle doing both :-) i just wonder if Plu will be in it lol

my mistake: he recently ended monster soul (only 2 volumes)

so this will be only two current series

Mashima makes similar main characters, doesn't he?
Natsu from FT looks like Haru from Rave, and this one's main character.
The girl there looks like Erza from FT, doesn't she?

So it's only 2 volumes... :XD

I actually prefer this guy's design over Natsu's.
