it is being taught at grade 6 pero you know what that kind of sex ed is. It's twisted and glorified, etc. Yung debate would be about teaching it with the practicality in mind, kaya explicit and stuff, or just letting things be because they're kids.
ang masama pa e kung "third sex member" pa ang nagtuturo... hindi na nahiya... walang pakundangang magsalita...
I actually had a super-gay teacher who was our phys-ed teacher in 4th year HS. It just sounded weird from him.
But I'm actually open-minded about it, and it's not like he could teach better in that department (the sex ed part) if he were straight. Besides, he even reached the point of telling us about "protein shakes"... :shifty
now, imagine that kind teaching the kids today...
and imagine those kids today will be grown-up in 20 years...
... and nobody agrees that our morality is getting screwed pretty badly....

re: sex ed
apparently it's not just the morality to consider kasi. The main point of sex ed is not morality but awareness. Fact is, by early HS years (1st year, even grade 6 in some cases) a lot of girls get pregnant. So letting sex ed just be like that, a lot of futures are wasted because of weak education. A large percentage of these girls don't push through with HS and college. Some boys also. So these are also things to consider.
